Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The Dove and Olive Bistro serves traditional beers, good wines and a range of coffees and tasty meals in a cosy and casual ambiance, and is open daily from 11:00 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 21:00.
Each room has a flat-screen TV and comes with bottled mineral water.
Room service is available 24 hours a day for drinks and light refreshments.

Location was very good as were the pool, spa, etc. although paying £5 for the use of a sauna is a little steep The room was extremely hot during the night. and possibly the rooms in need of a little TLC |

Kindness of staff-couldn't bemore friendly. Lift as I am wheelchair user. Room was hot and stuffy even with windows open; we borrowed a fan to move air about. I was told when the hotel phoned me that it was only two steps to lift; our room was lift, then three steps then three up and three down, I wouildn't have booked this hotel if I had known there were so many steps; our room was the furthest away on the upper floor. I would not recommend for disabled. |

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food excellent. Only one minor point - there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. |

Location of the hotel. Quality of the food in the retaurant was very good I did not like being charged £2 for a jug of iced water with £25/head for dinner. Rip off! |
