The staff were excellent in appearance and friendliness and extremely helpful. The hotel is looking tired and urgently requires some TLC on its furnishings. |

Location was very good as were the pool, spa, etc. although paying £5 for the use of a sauna is a little steep The room was extremely hot during the night. and possibly the rooms in need of a little TLC |

Kindness of staff-couldn't bemore friendly. Lift as I am wheelchair user. Room was hot and stuffy even with windows open; we borrowed a fan to move air about. I was told when the hotel phoned me that it was only two steps to lift; our room was lift, then three steps then three up and three down, I wouildn't have booked this hotel if I had known there were so many steps; our room was the furthest away on the upper floor. I would not recommend for disabled. |

Location of the hotel. Quality of the food in the retaurant was very good I did not like being charged £2 for a jug of iced water with £25/head for dinner. Rip off! |

I enjoyed my stay at the Wordsworth Hotel and the only negative points I have is the lack of complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits in the room and the £15 cost for breakfast. |

The room was very comfortable and the room rate was competitive The price of breakfast is far too high and is poor value for money. The food in the restaurant is very good but I would prefer 3 courses with larger helpings |

I liked the gardens we were lucky enough to sit in them and the pool Our room was quite noisy room 31 as there were machines outside buzzing all night, extractor fans or something ? |
