None of it!!
Single glazed windows in middle of town centre making it very noisey and very drafty, bathroom window smashed, toilet seat loose and mould around bath floor needed a Hoover and clean. The noise from downstairs was horrendous!! Do not stay!!!
Staff were lovely and always there to help. very clean very good value for money easy to find Brillaint location
thin walls - could hear other guests a lot. no heating - radiator didn't work.
Very close to the grand threatre and shops which was perfect! Parking £10 over night across the road.
The music in the bar downstairs was loud as we were in the room right above the bar.
Easy access to the city
The noise from traffic and the nearby nightclub. No breakfast available in the hotel
GREAT LOCATION its in a HISTORIC PUB IT FELT LIKE I WAS IN A MOVIE! ITS SUPER PRIVATE! I LOVED IT!
i had to leave at 11am (they actually let me oversleep for 45 mins which is super nice)
Location was excellent for everything and the staff were lovely and helpful.
No food available all weekend for residents but they were catering for a private party! Luckily plenty around to choose from, the pillows were lumpy and thin and the room itself was in need of cheering up as quite dated.
Clean, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, helpful staff. Central, with lots of shopping right on the doorstep, about 10 minutes' walk to the station.
The only saving grace about the Wrens was the lovely check-out staff Emma and convenience of location.
Upon arriving, the check-in staff (didn't get to ask for her name) was unhelpful and kept us waiting for half an hour. The room decor looks nice, except I realised the bin was not even emptied, complimentary shower gel was half-used and the shower was moulding. Curtain was very dusty - thank God I'm not asthmatic!
Clogged toilets, flush not working, not much help when signalled to the staff.
Excellent city centre location & only five minutes walk to the O2 academy. Very friendly staff at check-in and behind the bar.
Cheap room close to city centre, the room had loads of space and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Opportunities- Could of done with a hairdryer. Windows showed a lovely view of the city, but I think it had single glazing so it was a little noisy and light. Mattress a little uncomfy. Overall for £40 it was an absolute bargain!!
Excellent value for money and a great location.
Couldn't get wifi in the room I was in
Location was good, very near city centre and university.
The hotel is opposite a nightclub, there was loud music and shouting until about 5am. If you're at all a light sleeper, do not stay here. The bed was also very hard, with very thin sheets and duvet. Not very comfortable.
the bed and shower
lack of food, noise from a music studio, forceful ejection, narrow staircase
Staff were very helpful, and made me feel welcome. I would stay there again.
Only one pillow per bed, it took both pillows to make it more bearable, however I didn't ask if more were available.
Close to arena & city centre.
Out side noise.
staff, room excellent. To come and go very late or early and booking out early very good system
very noisy till early hours in morning due to neibouring venues and people leaving them ie. taxis
Located to town and all ameneties and to the 1st direct arena which is where we were going to see Lee Evans
Bed was very uncomfortable and basic which didnt aid a good nights sleep
Clean, good size and central location. Good bathroom facilities.
Bed was a bit beyond its best. Windows were not insulated against cold or noise. In a very busy area and noisy in the middle of the night. No breakfast facilities. No wifi.
Great position clean comfortable
Location was good, the variety of restaurants close by was good. Parking was cheaper and easier that I thought it might be.
The single glazed windows did let some city noise in.
Location is great, right in the middle of it all. Staff and landlord were great and really friendly Rooms were fine and clean, as was bathroom and shower
Rooms fairly basic but still good value for the centre of Leeds on a weekend
Location - close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the Area where we were seeing a show. Discount at the bar when you show your arena tickets which was great. Nice recommendation for breakfast. Staff were
Location - very noisy, the pub itself doesn't close until 1am on a Saturday and plays very loud music (even though the staff had told us it closed at 11pm). Rooms appeared clean, but on closer inspection were very worn, beds springy and uncomfortable, shower moldy, fixtures fell off the wall, plug sockets loose, etc. It was also very dark in the room, could do with more light fixtures/lamps or brighter bulbs. One night was ok, we coped, but will probably not stay again unless desperate!
Staff very helpful, no rush to be out in the morning, location great.
Wifi connection poor
staff very helpful and friendly
bed was small and bedding was measly
