Staff were lovely and very helpful, beautiful location ideal for walking. It felt like a proper local pub, without being exclusive or negative towards tourists unlike some other pubs can.
Wi-fi didn't reach top flat. Very noisy generator of some sort at night made for difficult sleeping. Second night slept in sitting room at front which was much quieter.
Lovely people. Location great for walking. Good food. Great value. Very relaxing. Very dog friendly.
The initial welcome wasn't great and parking was difficult and the bar area wasn't particularly cosy
bedroom was well-serviced with comfortable bed, T&C facilities and toiletries in bathroom. Menu was extensive and food quite good
6 very large dogs in other rooms
Room smelt of very strong bleach on arrival which wasn't very welcoming, but the smell went away after opening windows. Could hear pub music under room but it stopped by midnight.
Breakfast, evening meal and drinks, view from the room, little extra touches eg. Printed walk maps, bottles of water in room.
The view from bedroom was startling, the room was very clean and comfortable, staff were brilliant very friendly. Breakfast was very good and plenty full, meals were very good for pub food. I would recommend to anyone.
Location is exceptional with stunning views from the rooms. Meals are delicious and the Inn is great value for money.
Great location, friendly hosts, excellent breakfasts
Can't think of any negatives at all.
Good varied menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Fantastic views across the Severn Vale.
Parking not great.
Lovely clean place, lovely food friendly staff... And beautiful views.

the juke box below our room
Nothing not to like
I loved how comfortable the bed was me and my partner had a lovely nights sleep, also the breakfast was really nice and the staff was very friendly, glad we spent the night there. The views at night and early morning was breath taking
WiFi was down during my visit
Perfect breakfast Friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and helpful and view from room was stunning.
No bad comments from me but I didn't see any reference in the hotel on-line information to indicate that dogs are welcome. This could be important for potential guests who are allergic to fur and feathers.
Although mid-evening arrival, a lovely welcome by the staff in the bar. Was shown to a spotless room with all refreshment and toiletry facilities. Breakfast menu to suit all requirements, including allergy sufferers.
Great breakfast, friendly staff -good location
There was very limited car parking available with the result that it was necessary to seek alternative locations for parking on some occasions.
The location, it high up on the Malven Hills and also close to famly members who live in the area. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Location with great access to the Malvern Hills.
Bed was a bit soft but then I'm use to a very hard one (bed )
Location Food was great Welcoming Friendly dog Lovely real ale Price
only minor complaint wi-fi signal was non existent in the flat.music from the juke box could sometimes be heard in the flat.
The flat we stayed in had great facilities and a nice extra touch was the tea, coffee, milk, bread ,jam etc that was provided for us.An excellent location for walking with a footpath to the malverns just around the corner. Food was good in the pub and choice of real ales.
excellent menu with plenty of choice of gluten free foods
