view was fantastic
Location and view from the lounge and dining area. Basics for breakfast were to hand, so aside from taking our own breakfast cereal from home, we did not have to visit a supermarket at all.
We had no problem, but some may be concerned over the parking. For us the location was perfect and we intend to go again, but some would find the location too far out of town, especially given the elevation above Great Malvern!
Very friendly and helpful staff who went out their way to assist us. Comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent food in the evening and at breakfast which include catering for special dietary needs. Lovely views across the Severn Vale. Enjoyed the company of Sharpe the dog despite his fondness of playing with a wet ball.
Nothing to dislike
Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful views from bedrooms. Comfortable rooms with all facilities one might need. Good atmosphere in the pub - especially on music night! Very quiet and peaceful at night Good value pub food and beer selection.
Not a problem, but the pub is some way from the centre of Great Malvern (and up a long hill). Means it is good for walking from - less climbing! - but fewer options in the evening without getting in the car.
Comfortable room, good breakfast, lovely location and view.
The dog in the restaurant - especially with signs saying "no dogs allowed whilst eating"
Nice room, Great Views.
Wonderful views, excellent accommodation, lovely people and a super flat with everything we needed.
Wifi did not work in the apartment, nor the bar.
Felt like home from home in the flat. Really liked that the hotel had put fresh milk, orange juice, delicious bread and marmalade etc in fridge. Nice touch!
Comfortable room with plenty of tea coffee etc., I have a dairy allergy and this was catered for especially well. Hosts very concerned for the welfare of their guests.
It was quite a way out of the town so we needed to drive to find alternative meals.
Very welcoming, friendly staff. Wonderful view from room. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Good food. Good beer. Met our requirements perfectly.
Great Views; excellent breakfast; charming staff and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Bravo
Comfort and superb view from bedroom.Friendly helpful staff
Great restaurant with supper food
Very friendly staff,Very Clean and adequately furnished rooms. Prices in Restaurant very surprising for such a good choice and quality of all meals we had.Breakfast choice outstanding
The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, but my wife felt that it was fine, also the rooms are adjacent to a very busy road, and in Summer you do need the windows open!
The friendly staff. The menu, there was plenty to pick from without there being too much to choose from. The room was clean & comfortable. Sharpe the pub dog is the best and a study in optimism.
Friendly helpful staff. Good food both breakfast and bar meals. Wonderful views.
The inn had a family feel about it, room had everything we needed inc toiletries & refreshments. We had a relaxing stay with no hesitation to visit again
Room was very warm due to the weather & it had no air conditioning a fan would have sufficed
Very friendly landlady excellent quality food excellent views very clean and comfortable room would definitely recommend to others
Very well equipped apartment Good size kitchen, bedroom and living room Plenty of tea, coffee, bread, butter and other drinks provided Lovely view Considerate owners Superb value for money: best we have had
Car parking difficult
the owners were very nice, friendly and helpful, The food in the evening was good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast excellent and enough to last all day! lots of choice and very fresh. The room had all the things that you would expect in a much more expensive hotel. And what a view!!!!
Parking a bit limited. Otherwise nothing at all.
Friendly staff, comfy room. Restaurant seemed to be used by the locals which says something. If you like a walk the inn is already half way up the hill !!
Fabulous views Upstairs apartment very spacious and had everything we needed Excellent breakfast
Everything about the ground-floor flat we rented; the kitchen was very well-equipped & the rooms were pleasantly cool in the July heat-wave.
Winding hillside roads with sharp turns to get there from the town. Very difficult to find a parking space nearby as the Inn is on a busy junction with only a very small on-site car park.
Warm welcome. Friendliness of staff. Fantastic view. Comfy room.
Noise from the road, which is not much during the night fortunately.
