Staff are friendly and helpful. Room sizes are very good. My room smelt stale. Restaurant service is way too slow, both in the evening and at breakfast ... frustratingly so if you are in a hurry.

We only stayed one night in the suite. Nice spacious room with lovely bathroom. Didn't blow us away as we have stayed at some incredible places, but it is very good for what you pay. Nothing, all was up to scratch.

Very helpful friendly staff, Good Food, Comfortable. This is not the first time I have stayed in your hotel and have attended a number of family functions there. I would be happy to stay with you again sometime. Just happens that I checked the desk drawers in room 23, (I am never sure whether I put items in any of them) Glad I had not put anything in the bottom drawer, the back of the drawer was not a pleasant sight! . The tv worked fine, in English, however the 'Instructions' on screen appeared to be in Italian!.

Good location, easy parking. Breakfast was good. Very uncomfortable bed. Room heating was too hot when we arrived and then by morning was to cool. Bathroom extractor fan was too loud and went on far too long after switching off. We went out to buy a hot drink, thinking that no tea making facilities were in the room. Only 2 hours after arriving we found the kettle etc hidden in a cupboard.

The Staff were absolutely superb, very accommodating, friendly and helpful in every way, Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you to everyone there for making our stay so enjoyable. Nothing :-)

Excellent room. We booked a larger double but got a suite. Excellent bathroom, comfy large bed and relaxing sitting room. Light and airy with excellent decor. Attention to detail. I was surprised there was not an electrical socked better placed near a mirror for the hair dryer. (unless of course I missed it!)

Excellent staff. Good location and convenient to the town centre. Quality of food in the restaurant. Quality of bedroom, good size, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was very poor in the Annexe rooms

The hotel reception and other staff were excellent. The food was superb. The central heating was turned off at night until 0630...........the duvet was a summer lightweight one. I did ask for an extra blanket, after the first night, and the staff were very good in providing this and a small heater. The central heating was then left on for the second night. The decor in the suite was "tired" and the carpets need cleaning. These were small things but "a nuisance value"........the staff friendliness made up for any shortcomings.

Quality of the meals was fantastic, the ambience good and the staff were very nice and effecient Room was small and the walls thin so you could hear everything from the rooms next door which to me made it over priced
