Location was perfect for what we wanted
Room was small and bathroom could have been cleaner
The area and the staff were helpful and friendly
The state of the room, damp and mould, chewing gum stuck on a door frame, hair grips in the carpet form people before and very uncomfortable bed!
Nice staff and Nice rooms
The staff were very friendly good food and comfortable bed
Very noisy outside bedroom door. The toilet was very cramped and impossible to sit on
Cleaning teeth in room as there was no sink in bath room
Enjoyed ate stay were upgraded free of charge shame about the view we had was a yard and bins also noisey because we had windows open are fault. Staff helpfull and very clean .lady in reception was everywhere very busy lady.and any fault we had was answered quickly valentines meal looked really nice would stop again
Halo Dirty room, toilet was blocked absolutely poor opinion!!!!!!!

We stayed last weekend staff wer brill. Room was excellent and very clean.location was excellent would recommend it..deffo be bookin again thank you
Everything was good..
Prime seafront location but still nice and quiet , lovely staff ,comfortable bed , free Wi-Fi .Options to dine in hotel but we didn't but the aroma of the food was good.
The upper floor was under refurbishment and our room had a view of the hotel next door's kitchen , we would definitely stay there again but would request an upper floor room with a sea view .
Cheaper than most other hotels in the area. The bed was big and quite comfy and not much noise from outside.
A bit old and drab but then we are used to better hotels. It was perfect for our one night out!
The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good and cheap too.
The shower wasn't great and there was no decaf coffee in the room.
Hotel was really nice, rooms good too. Location just what we wanted, would definitely go back.
The bedroom was big and looked out to the sea. Big bathroom
The shower as not powerful enough
The room was very clean and spacious
all of it absolutely perfect
Room was big and very comfortable
CENTRAL LOCATION CLOSE TO PIER, SHOPS,RESTAURANTS
Very comfy bed, friendly staff.
The bathroom was far to small, the room wasn't much better and the furniture in the room was dated.
Crummy, small room with purely basic facilities. Very small cloakroom type wash basin. Having to pay deposit on TV controller and fire alarm going off for short while (presume test) before we were up. Bar advertised as open to midnight but by 11.30 drinks had to be taken to room. Unable to run room tab in bar. Lack of clear fire escape instructions in room. Poor decor and peeling paint, Horrible brown blinds in dirty windows.
The hotel was central for bars, shopping, pier, and of course the beach. We didn't eat at the hotel but from what we could see the meals looked very nice.
The only thing we could fault was the lack of parking. Although we did find a cheap car park close by that was £2 for over night parking.
Staff excellent service, very friendly bar cosey clean good food /drink breakfast really good bed was good, generally we all like the hotel except the rooms .We would stay again but not in the basement rooms .
Although except we had a basic room ours was not very good .Situated in basement near kitchens. Smell from kitchen hall carpets was filthy ,decor poor.shower room very small .our son's room also in basement faired better.
Me and my partner were awoken in our room whilst we were sleeping as a member of staff came in and informed us there was a leak downstairs however our room was fine and no taps had been left on. We were also kept awake most of the night by loud guests outside and in the corridors. We have complained as it was over £70 we spent, but still not heard from management regarding an apology.
everything inc the Christmas thene and the open fire and food ,yummy yummy
shower just a little under powered
