Bed not great for tall people
It was so close to Ronnie Scotts, which was the purpose of our visit.
The room was a queen , but it was very very small, would of liked a little bigger, a no plugs were you had your kettle so had to plug that in on the floor.. not good
The location, Sky television, free wifi
The noise. To be honest I think most of it was the staff using the fire escape that was unfortunately right next to my room.
the restaurant and the hotel look very lovely, super friendly staff, perfectly located
We had a double room, which was pretty much the size of the bed in it. So I think the hotel is overpriced and the rooms are way too small if you're not a solo traveler.
Location, location location. Free cheese and wine in the evenings was fantastic. Very friendly staff.
Nothing really. Rooms are very small.
Excellent Location - especially for anyone spending a couple of days around the West End/Covent Garden/Leicester Square
Building and maintenance work being carried out at 8am in the morning and with thin doors we were woken up.
The Wine & Cheese was 1st Class
Location of hotel to subway and local attractions was great. Free wine and cheese available for guests. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was as hard as a rock. Shower was a bit small. Hit head on sliding door frame bar. Air conditioning unit was out of service. They are currently renovating the system and did provide a space heater.
Staff, position, cheese and wine before the show, great breakfast
Everything you need in a very small room
Chose the hotel as its right in the centre of SOHO, just 5 minutes walk from everywhere. Hotel layout is quirky, and interesting. Hotel staff are friendly, and efficient. The hotel rooms are almost the smallest I have ever stayed in, (just about one step up from a Yotel) but the are functional, and very clean.
Beds are on the firm side, there is nowhere to hang wet towels, and very little hanging space. Only one electrical socket for charging laptops, iPhone and pads etc.... Not quite good enough in a 'new build'. The internet is free and offers an acceptable speed.
The staff were really friendly and the location was great hotel was clean modern
The room was really small and didn't have much privacy
I loved the bed and all the extra comfy pillows. It was snug and cozy - if I had to design a perfect little hotel room to work from (with location included) I would have come up with exactly that! Everything was perfect!
fire alarm went off - but even that was fine as i didn't hear my own alarm and nearly overslept! :)
The location is amazing. The Sky TV was a nice touch. The hotel has a nice (but cramped) vibe and the staff were very friendly.
My air-conditioning unit wasn't working, so I was supplied with a small portable fan. It was noisy and kept vibrating off the table. It wasn't a good solution to keep the air warm through the night. The window seal was also broken which let in quite a cool breeze (I tried covered it with a pillow and the curtain). I also had a very reluctant wifi on the last day of my stay.
The location was great. And I liked the small cosy room.
Nothing to complain, really
Cheese and wine , very friendly staff, Perfect location. The rooms are tiny but perfect
Upgraded on arrival to a double room. Small as expected but great bed, decent shower, free WiFi and located 50 yards from my theatre. Amazing cheese and wine, complimentary, from 5pm to 8pm every night. Real bonus!
Lack of space could be an issue if 2 sharing. Noise until early hours. Complimentary earplugs would be an idea!
Location view cozy free cheese and wine
Lack of plug sockets
The staff were extremely helpful - happy to check us in at 11 as the room was ready and couldn't have done more for us The complimentary wine and cheese night was a really nice touch
Television was very large and in a good place. Decoration was nice, comfy bed and clean sheets. Booked a double room and was spacious enough for two.
The toilet is not very private as it is only a thin glass wall between it and the room.
The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything.
The room was a bit small and there was no wardrobe. This was fine for just staying one night, but if you are looking for a longer stay, I would look else where.
The room was exactly as expected (small, but very comfortable, cosy and clean). Staff was super nice. The location was perfect, very close to the underground and in a wonderful neighbourhood (especially for young cultural people) in the center of London. A fun addition was the free wine and cheese everyday from 5pm to 8pm.
Compact and well thought out .
I liked the staff headed by Paulina when I checked in. I wasn't happy with my room at first but she handled my complaint well. Talia and Susanna were also helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the location which was close to Prince Edward Theatre and Phoenix Theatre which is just a minute away. I loved the proximity of the Soho pubs nearby.
At some point in the middle of the night, the room felt warm.
staff really lovely
room to cramped no wardrobe not enough milk coffee etc in room
