Excellent location, centre of West End, theatres, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Very modern room, although very small. Very quiet considering central location
Quite expensive for one night stay...room very small, no space to move around at all, few hangers to hang clothes, no wardrobe or cupboard space.
Personel were super nice. We got hot water from the sink.
The room smelled bad, like an old public toilet. Since it was such an inredible small room the bad smell had quite an impact. Also, there were no hot water in shower.
there was no heat in the room and in a cold day/night this was the only thing that let it down
This was my second stay at a Z hotel. I love the concept of efficient (read:tiny) but well equipped and modern rooms, combined with the great staff and free-cheese-and-wine offer. Value for money in London
I was a little unlucky with a room at the street side of the hotel: the three nearby pubs caused a lot of noise, despite the double-glass-windows. Ask for a quiet room and you'll be fine
Lovely staff; room had everything needed in a surprisingly small space which never felt cramped.
Strange noises from the other side of the road were very annoying and kept me awake.
Cleaned, nice location, good breakfast
single room too small
Friendly helpful team in reception. Clean room and comfy bed, small but everything we needed i.e hairdryer, tea / coffee. Only stayed for one night so size of room was not a problem for us. Most important for us was the great location, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of staff, and Z hotel ticked all these boxes!
Fair amount of noise from outside until the early hours, but difficult to escape this in central London! Not really a problem for us as we can sleep through anything!
Location was excellent close to everything in central London
Was quite noise at night and only offer continental breakfast in morning and is quite expensive
Great location in the heart of Soho, and the wifi and happy hour wine and cheese are free.
No hot water in the room (I was moved to another room later that day). Also wifi was either slow or too many users at times, b/c it didn't work.
Friendliness and location
Noise from business below our bedroom!
Shower was nice but rooms are far to small
Rooms are nice but I felt like I was suffocating
Amazing central location. Great for sight seeing in London. Great bed.
Quite a small room but well thought out to fit as much in. After using wet room, drains smelt abit. Shower not the best.
Top location Cozy cafe experience Great breakfast & work environment Friendly and accommodating staff
Even for a single room it's super tiny The faucets and shower fixtures could use an update Window could use better insulation
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Rooms are very small
The staff and hotel was great
The bed was bit to hard but I would stay again
In the heart of Soho with Leicester square, Carnaby street, Oxford street all within easy walking distance. Also has one of my fav restaurants close by Mildreds and my fav bar in London the John Snow.
Staff could not be more helpful. Room was small but adequate. But we expected it so had no issue with it. Cheese & wine in cafe was lovely. The location was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again.
Nothing we didn't like.
Location is excellent; staff are delightful; breakfasts and wine and cheese evenings are lovely; rooms are modern and clean; whole place is cleverly designed to maximize space. The smallest rooms are, however, tight for a couple, so it really would be worth sizing up because everything else is good.
Bed not great for tall people
It was so close to Ronnie Scotts, which was the purpose of our visit.
The room was a queen , but it was very very small, would of liked a little bigger, a no plugs were you had your kettle so had to plug that in on the floor.. not good
The location, Sky television, free wifi
The noise. To be honest I think most of it was the staff using the fire escape that was unfortunately right next to my room.
the restaurant and the hotel look very lovely, super friendly staff, perfectly located
We had a double room, which was pretty much the size of the bed in it. So I think the hotel is overpriced and the rooms are way too small if you're not a solo traveler.
Bed was very comfy
I was given an 'up grade' & taken out in the hotel to a studio flat above an adult shop & peep show . I was the oy person in this part of the hotel which felt very unsafe. It was extremely noisy into the early hours. The room was unheated - I had to use an electric heater, bathroom like an ice box and the shower only Luke warm at best with no real power. My friend who had the room originally booked was fine. It was obvious when we booked in that my room was not ready & therefore this 'up grade' was made - they must have known for a lone woman this wasn't really a good option. Won't be returning- ever!
Location, location location. Free cheese and wine in the evenings was fantastic. Very friendly staff.
Nothing really. Rooms are very small.
