modern, clean, functional, location, free cheese and wine. practical and well located.
size of rooms just too small. Breakfast limited but not expensive.
We liked the location, just a stone's throw from The Palace Theatre where we caught a Sunday matinee, we liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. We were perfectly placed to have a good Italian meal just across the road.
Room was too hot and noisy (tv from the room next door).
wine and cheese at 5 so close to everything, food, museums and shopping good tv when relaxing in bed
tiny room for 2
Location is excellent and good standard with nice courtyard for a drink
Rooms very small. Queen room booked and excected a bigger bed
Air conditioning, cleanliness, staff and facilities
Mattress too hard
I asked to move rooms and it was not possible
bed was too hard very poor lighting in bathroom no in-room phone do not work with a taxi service
excellent location cheese & wine included is a nice touch Quiet - suprisingly
room really tiny. Fine for 1 with 'hand luggage' only but for 2 with a 'normal' size bag it would be nearly impossibly tight
Good location, clean, friendly staff.
Room too small , mattress over used.
I often stay at Z and have always recommended them. On Tuesday I had to pay £190 ( I have usually paid about £100-130 ) and suddenly it seemed very poor value for money .
Fantastic location Walking distance to many many attractions. Bars and Restaurants abound. The daily complimentary wine and cheese gives the hotel that added dimension. Very clean. Oh yes umbrellas for guests was handy.
Very very small room The designers could have given another 9 ins. Please add shelving and clothes hooks. WE are normal size and found it very tight Larger sized individuals would be very challenged.
The size of the room No toilet paper Had to walk in the rain to get to the room Pillows were too big Paper thin walls
Great location in the heart of soho
Tiny - like sleeping on a shelf in a cupboard
Queen sized bed only allowed entry from 1 side, bathroom poorly lit and inadequately equipped. Noisy street. Poor value for money.
The location is great and the hotel looks brand new and modern
The room was so small I really felt like I was in a closet. I could barely stand up. I'm usually not very demanding with space but this was really way too small.
The hotel is a boutique hotel very well located in Soho, few blocks from the Underground, Pubs, points of interest etc. I like the decoration of the hotel, very modern and minimalist. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was the smallest room Ive even been and there is only one connection to plug the iPhone, coffee machine, hair dryer or whatever you may need.
As guests we receieved complementary drinks and nibbles in the evening before heading out to the theatre - really unexpected and a great bonus
The cheese & wine for guests was an excellent idea and well received. Location also a bonus.
Quality of sleep was marked as poor due to the riotous noise & traffic outside, right through to 04:00 hrs, which made sleep almost impossible and at best very broken.
The hotel and cafe staff were so very friendly and welcoming, in fact they could not have been better. Everything was super clean and the food was simple but super quality. The inclusive cheese and wine supper was the icing on the cake, absolutely super.
The rooms WERE small. However we were not in our rooms for very long and it was super clean, shower great and we slept well so not so bad.
Room fine for a single person but far too tight and compact for a couple.
I loved the garden and great service between 5 and 8.
The bed was to hard and too much noise from the street in the morning.
The rooms are tiny which is not unusual in London, however I booked quite late so the price was astronomical for what I got. Some basic additions like placing an electrical socket near the kettle, so it didn't have to be placed on the floor and a hook to hang towels on in the bathroom would have improved my stay. Having a phone in the room to call reception would also have been helpful.
Location is great
I could barely breath in such a tiny room! I could not even open the luggage.
The friendly staff , very clean everywhere , the free wine and cheese was superb I will come back again.
Very convenient for the places to go around
