Location was perfect, right in the centre of SoHo. Very nice with the free cheese and wine in the evenings. Room was very clean.
The rooms are quite small, but it wasn't a big problem for us.
Location is great for central London attractions especially theatres and Soho nightlife and restaurants. Free wine and cheese between 5-8pm was very civilised. Compact room was fine for one person.
Tiniest room I've ever slept in. Walk in bathroom with flat floor flooded when I showered. Glazed in room bathroom pod would be a bit off putting if you had a partner using the loo!
Location Friendly Staff Relaxed atmosphere Modern decor
Sorry - liked everything We will return!
easy access to theatres, oxford st and tube
flat shower floor causing water to flow from shower onto bathroom
Location of the hotel, clean room and very comfy bed. The Wine and Cheese afternoon for accommodated guests was very nice surprise. Staff was very helpful. The rooms are very tiny but ultimately provide everything you need for a short term stay.
No space for suitcase and very limited space in the room. But if you need to stay in this part of London, this is probably the best option for short term stay of single traveler. Cannot think of 2 persons sharing these rooms.
The welcome, on arrival the invitation to free cheese and wine and especially after an evening out when offered free drinks, was exceptional. Location is excellent. We used the luggage room and didn't return to the hotel until 23:30 to retrieve our bags!
The rooms were small but had everything you needed. I wouldn't like to be there with a big suitcase though! A hook in the wet room is needed.
went to miss saigon and the commitments.30 paces away. no kidding! free wine and cheese at 5pm was a lovely touch.next time I'm in London I will be here.brill
room small but we only slept in it!
For a one night stay this hotel was perfect. Only yards from the venue of the wedding we attended and had everything we needed.
Location, couldn't be better Clean Friendly, helpful staff Clever use of space
Not a lot
the location is amazing. and the restaurant is super cute. the breakfast was wonderful. there is wine and cheese for hotel guests every evening. that is a very nice gesture and makes you feel at home right away.
the walls are very thin and we could all night long here the doors slamming when people where coming and going. that was unfortunately very annoying and kept us from sleeping very well
Perfect service, almost left the hotel without my keys and wallet and reception made me a new key to get them. The bed and facilities in the room were perfect too. Never got to try the cheese and wine though.
The rooms are a bit smaller than I'm used too, would prefer them to be a bit bigger as the walkway into the room is a wedge, and not a rectangle.
- modern hotel and rooms - clean rooms - literally next to hundreds of places to go for dinner and drinks - nice staff
- the rooms are tiny - I had a noisy room
poor selection of toiletries for the business traveller no towel rail in bathroom young male guests hassling restaurant bar waitress with no male back-up staff
Freandly, clean and excellent location
Room sizes far to small
地理位置無敵 Happy hour 酒任飲 芝士任食
Room is too small . Even I already brought the bigger one . Still very very small
Rooms are very small and my room only had a 40 x 40 cm window next to the ceiling. Make sure you get a room with a standard window.
Within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Breakfast was excellent. A quirky unusual hotel where modern chic is a characteristic. All ran very smoothly from checking in to departure. Highly recommended.
Would book a room with a window next time.
free wine & cheese fresh Honey for breakfast was out of this world - a first for a hotel Welcoming staff
rain between rooms and main corridor
Amazing location and well fitted out. Very pleasant stay.
Please service my room before 4pm each day! Something more like midday would be appropriate...especially with such small rooms. The water pressure on the level 5 (top floor) leaves something to be desired.
Reall good value. Will use again.
quite cramped, but u get what you pay for.
The food and hospitality offered was really good. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better for our needs. Bathroom facilities were good if a little compact and the tea making area was well stocked. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very cramped. Apart from coat hangers and hooks on which to hang them there was nowhere to put clothes or even the minimal luggage we had. nor was there anywhere in the shower to hang towels. There was a hook in the toilet /washbasin area. The bed was only accessible on one side---the other three sides were against the walls.
modern, clean, functional, location, free cheese and wine. practical and well located.
size of rooms just too small. Breakfast limited but not expensive.
We liked the location, just a stone's throw from The Palace Theatre where we caught a Sunday matinee, we liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. We were perfectly placed to have a good Italian meal just across the road.
Room was too hot and noisy (tv from the room next door).
