The location is fantastic and although in the middle of Soho, and opposite a major theatre - very quiet. The staff were very good, and although I asked for something off the menu at 1am, they were happy to oblige. Would recommend for any business traveller or someone looking for a short stay.
Friendly staff. Style. Location cheese and wine
Lack of triple glazing in front bedrooms over looking moor street.
Location was brilliant. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and loved the vibe of Soho. We bought theatre tickets at the Palace Theatre next door and had so many options for dining we found it hard to choose.... But everywhere we ate was good. The rooms are compact, to say the least, but the idea is to spend your time out of the hotel room. Complimentary wine and cheese an added bonus!
There was a lack of power points and the shower was not great due to low pressure. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner needed to be turned off at night to stop it blowing in our faces. We assume that this is not the case in all rooms as there are many different room configurations in this quirky hotel.
decor is stylish and I did not feel claustrophobic despite the miniscule room size
my room was facing the busy street so if you open the window the party will go on till 4 am daily..
location, staff, food, wine
Free wine & biscuits
size of room
Loved the location, staff were very nice. Nice touch having free drinks waiting for you as you walk in late after a night out.
Rooms are very small
Location and staff were amazing and the building is great, styling is great
Room could have bee bigger but we knew that when booking
The staff were simply so attentive and friendly. This was my third time staying at the Z hotel and whenever it come to lindo the Z hotel is the place to stay.
the hotel locations was reallly good. the wine and happy hour was nice too... theh room was clean but this isn't a room where you can stay for awhile because there was not a place to hang clothes or even put them in drawers. and that would be the only reason i wouldnt recommend the hotel to a friend..
there were no where to hang your clothes and there wasn't any dressers for your clothes. the hotel should provide more options for guest clothing. since the room is small there is no extra room your luggage. it is only good if staying for one night.
Fantastic location, for the price, free cheese and wine is a really good idea between 5pm and 8pm, staff are very friendly. Sky tv is really good.
Rooms are a bit small but knew that before we went so you mange and for the price can't really complain.
The staff here is amazing, super friendly and helpful.
Tight quarters but overall, great choice.
Location Price Modern Large TV Complimentary wine & cheese
Outside noise at night.
You pay cheep rate for a tiny room in a great location. The rooms have big bed, spacious shower and a huge flat screen TV.
The bed matters was on a wooden plank sothere was no air circulation. the nights were sweaty
I now live out in the sticks at the end of the Met Line - when I don't want to play let's catch the last tube home -I book myself into the Z hotel Soho. I need a place to sleep, wash, dump my clothes and head out into the night. Z hotel ticks all those boxes. Given the location it is almost as quiet as the country cottage I live in - which is remarkable! I can walk out the hotel and be where I need to be in minutes - can grab a good nights sleep and head out in the morning as London wakes up.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome and were upgraded from a double room to a flat which was an amazing surprise.
Extremely close to theatres, shops and attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very compact, but clean and suited its purpose.
Room was at front of hotel so a little noisy at night, but then what do you expect in central London! A few more plug sockets would have been helpful.
Free cheese and wine!
Room without a window at first
Amazing towels!! Love the fact we could leave our bag after checking out so we didn't have to lug it round.
Shower does leak to the bedroom floor.
Location - close to Tube, to theatres, shopping and Art Galleries Cheese and Wine complimentary eve Welcoming staff - very friendly Fresh fruit in reception Modern decor Clean and efficient

Bathroom right next to the bed with a glass door can take a bit if getting used to.
