Location great Cute room Comfy bed Great pillows and towels Nice shower Great for quick stopover Staff very welcoming
Liked most things....I expected the room small and it was.
Location, modern facilities , cheese & wine eve
Staff were excellent. Location was amazing! We watched the Book of Mormon and the theatre was under 2 minutes walk away. Very clean. Would definitely book again
Room was not suitable for a prolonged stay (lack of hanging room) by was fine for us. Breakfast was a touch expensive but was very good.
staff, room, staff, location, staff, food. did i mention the staff? Right from the word go they couldn't do enough to welcome you and treat you like royalty. The rooms are small but perfect for my requirements
Nothing to report
The bed was so comfy . We had a queen room andwas the perfect size and was spotless .the shower was lovely too .good quality furniture .everything worked perfectly we even had a remote for the tv ! Would Highly recommend!
The reception was in the middle of the eating area which didn't bother me but if you had a lot of luggage might be annoying
The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was ideal for our 1 night's stay in the city
The room was small, but OK for one night. Any longer would have been uncomfortable.
Superb location, just off Heymarket. Theaters, cinemas, pubs and restaurants next door...... Fantastic bed. Tiny rooms but for a couple of days no problem.
Limited space for clothes, luggage and belongings....
The small rooms provide the essentials very comfortably. The surprise was the very generous wine and cheese offered each evening - no charge and no limits. A great spread before heading to the theatre that offered the opportunity to meet and chat with other travellers. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with Z to be repeated.
Room was so small ,not for 2 people.windows are not opening so no fresh air ,bathroom is awful so small and no walls ,just sperated with glass doors
Priced right. The room was modern and had everything we needed
Breakfast was not included
Location was great, about 10 mins from the train station. Staff was also friendly. Room was clean and wifi was good.
The room was small for the price that we had to pay, and there were nowehere to put our bags when we unpack.
Location very central to Piccadilly and Leicester SQ
Room size very compact.Ok for one night stay no room for luggage if needed suitcase.
friendly, helpful staff complimentary wine and cheese central location
The staff were very friendly and very quick to assist us. The room was very clean and modern, albeit on the small side. It was well equipped with a double bed, big wall-mounted TV (with Sky offered for free!) and coffee and tea making facilities. Perhaps the best thing was that between 5.00pm-8.00pm, the hotel offered complimentary wine and cheese at the foyer/reception/restaurant! A very nice touch, which goes a long way, in my opinion!
The bed, although big and clean, felt less than comfortable. It might be that the base was not solid. It did not stop us from having a very good night's sleep, but I'm sure some improvements could be made in that department.
Complimentary cheese and wine. Friendly staff.
My partner and i Loved the contemporary room, we had a queen and was spacious, spotless and had everything we could ask for. My partner is 6"4 the bed was ideal for a tall person and he especially loved the novelty fact he could watch tv whilst having a shower!
Our only tiny niggle was we would have liked a few more milks with the teas/coffees as we needed 2 each which meant only 1 cuppa each. But no issue as reception was right next to us, and they were more than happy to provide more.
Central location. Reception cafe. Free Wifi. Cheese and wine hour.
Room very compact. No room to hang clothes or anywhere to put suitcases.
great loacation, modern design, clean rooms, comfortable bed, helphull and friendly staff, happy hour with free wine, cheese, olives, humus, bred from 17 till 20
very small room, no place for personal belongings but it's not a problem if you plan to spend there 1-2 nights.
This hotel offers good value for money. It is in an excellent location. The complimentary cheese and wine in the evening is very good.
Room was too small for 2 people especially as the bed was up against the window so we had to climb over each other to get out at night
Staff Cleanliness Not disturbed whilst sleeping Good location
no where to put suitcase to unpack. no where to put shower gel/shampoo other than floor whilst showering. toilet roll did not have a holder or handy place for it other than floor. only one socket - kettle, phone charger, hairdryer all from one socket
Free wine and cheese. Fab staff. Fab location.
Good location for that part of London - double room is small but well designed and was perfect for a one night stop-over. Staff very friendly on arrival and the hotel was very clean - quite expensive but not in comparison with others near by (the Ritz for £600+ a night!) we would stay there again.
Not much - the room 'window' didn't open and even if it did it was facing the fire escape but the air con worked well so not an issue
