The Z Hotel Victoria  

Sijainti aivan loistava kulkuyhteyksien suhteen. Hauska lisä oli ilmainen viini ja juustotarjoilu iltapäivisin hotellin aulassa

Huone oli siisti ja asiantunteva ja osaava henkilökunta.

Ilmastointi oli koko ajan päällä ja yöllä oli 36 astetta lämmintä huoneessa, en sanut nukuttua kunnolla.

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, viihtyisä huone, siistiä, ei melua, loistava sijainti! Suosittelen.

Excessively over-priced. Very small "double" room. No wardrobe just 4 coat hangers on the door.

Room was clean and modern. Wine and cheese service in the evenings was happy surprise.

Room was small and tall guy like me the bed was too compact.

The staff were great and always very helpfull in assisting in any way they could!

The vibration noice of the underground/train in the room.

At 7.30 we were woken up by the cleaning staff laughing and speaking loudly just outside our door for about 10 minutes. We could hear everything through the door. Rather annoying.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and everything was modern.

There really were no minuses as the Hotel was exactly what previous reviews led me to expect.

Noise (insulation is poor), no windows

The location is just perfect, the stuff are friendly and helpful, and if you have nothing else to do 5-8 in the evening you can get some free cheese in the hotel lobby. We appriciated finding a fresh bottle of water in the room every day. The towels were clean and changed every day. We also liked the bed, it's very comfortable.

The room was real small. We thought we were prepared but still didn't expect it to be so tiny. It did feel a bit claustrofobic. The airconditioner was very loud and made all kinds of scary noises, so we had to turn it off for the night to get some quiet (but then it got too stuffy since there was no window in the room). You can hear trains running through Victoria station, and even feel some vibration, but it wasn't so disturbing compared to the airconditioner. Free wi-fi is only available for one device per room, no matter how many people are staying there. There is only one socket in the room, so you can charge only one device at a time. And one more thing: the glass bathroom walls give you no privacy at all, which is ok for solo travelers, but if you travel with someone else, think twice.

everything: staff, cleanliness, complimentary evening wine & cheese buffet, room facilities, Thierry Mugler toiletries, location, free tea&coffee in the room... the whole Z concept and style; I would definitely come back myself/recommend to my friend; hope to see you again

Great staff - very helpful. Room small but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Convenient location right next to Victoria, but on a quiet street
