Absolutely suberb staff, most helpful!!

Location: the hotel is ideally located almost next to Farringdon Station and within walking distance of St Pauls and King's Cross. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Good food from the Bruno Loubet restaurant.

The hotel guests were a grumpy bunch! I don't understand why these high-end hotels don't offer an ironing-only service, or just supply iron and ironing board. Restaurant staff were friendly, but appeared somewhat inexperienced.

Fabian, Reception Manager was wonderful. So knowledgable and welcoming. All the staff could not do more to help you! Just so lovely. Food was absolutely fantastic! Beautifully prepared and a great wine selection.

Was a little noisy. The Townhouse actually looked nicer than the hotel which we paid more for.

The perfect hotel. Staff amazingly friendly, breakfast excellent, great cocktail bar, and excellent price/quality.

A gym would be nice, but you can't expect everything at such reasonable prices.

Room was quite small, very stuffy and the traffic noise was quite loud

The staff made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble and the room was very confortable. We were in London for a family wedding and they organised taxis for us, one word excellent!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms are small but perfectly formed and very clean. Area is interesting with many places within easy walking distance or if you prefer, the nearest tube station is only a couple of minutes away.Nice ambience about the place and the breakfast is very good.

Slight gripe in that the room was not ready when we arrived even though this was after check-in time. Also the bar was not available as there was a private function and we hadn't been made aware of this.

I'ts always been a great hotel. Very nice staff, and great restaurant.

Very quiet - hardly any noise from outside even though it was on a busy road. Also, very quiet on the inside as I did not hear anybody, not even the other guests.

There were no windows! Only a door out onto the patio area which I did not want to leave open all night so had to use the air conditioner.

Modern design and comfortable at a reasonable price (for London). It is a small hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Love the espresso maker at the end of the hall though would not want the room next to it. The attached restaurant is good. The neighborhood has several good restaurants though it is a bit away from main stuff. The tube is close by.

The bar is lame and small. There is no lobby to hang out in.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to St John's restaurant where we had a table booked for Friday night......Wow! What a find! It is a quirky hotel run by a fabulous, courteous young staff. The rooms are individually designed, spotless and comfortably furnished. There is a self service espresso machine on every floor providing fresh hot drinks at any time of the day and night - much nicer than the instant coffee sachets provided in other hotels! We had a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast in the bistrot attached to the hotel ...the menu choice was superb. Unfortunately we had only booked one night so we didn't sample the evening dinner menu but it looked delicious. We have promised ourselves a return visit to The Zetter - for a longer stay next time.

La décoration des chambres très agréable et design. Le bar de l'hôtel, excellent barman. Personnel tres professionnel et attentif. Aucun bruit dans les chambres malgré les couloirs en coursive au dessus du bar

Les chambres un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner en chambre, cher, servi froid, decevant.
