i think the receptionists was fantastic and tried to help our problems awt
i thought the bar staff was really rude made me and my family feel really uncomftable when we approached them they just looked at us and spoke to us like we were somet on the bottom off there shoe
Spacious room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.
Although otherwise luxurious, it would have been nice to have a hand held shower and/or an adjustable position for the shower head in the bathroom - the rose was fixed in the ceiling.
Shower, staff and location.
Room was a tiny odd shape, even for one person. Bed felt like small double. Only enough wardrobe space for 2 outfits. So not really somewhere you could stay for longer than a couple of nights. Not very soft bed. £270 per night I thought was overpriced especially as didn't include breakfast.
Convenient location for us - only two stops on the Underground from Euston. Close to Farringdon. Nice neighbourhood: close to other bars and places to eat. Great breakfast in the Bistrot. Rooms very comfortable.
I found the WiFi a bit flaky on this visit. was okay previously. You have to leave your room to make a coffee - no facilities in the room itself. Although it is good coffee, so perhaps this is the trade off!
proximity to where I was going each day; everyone knew the Zetter Hotel so no problems getting taxis to and from; very clean room and hotel; modern and smart decor.
The smallest rooms are not really that suitable to business especially when u try to do work in the room, the desk is tiny and there are no other small tables that yu can work on. The room size up next time would be better choice.
Interesting bedrooms with books magazines and a hot water bottle in a knitted cosy! Forgot my toothbrush but no problem at this hotel. The whole area is good fun.
Breakfast lovely but confusing as to whether help yourself or waiter service only.
Very friendly Lovely breakfast
Icing on the cake would have been to have had breakfast such as eggs benedict. Though the full works was delicious
Service level staff Location Near St Pancras station
No socket hairdryer near mirror
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. The hotel is climate conscious. Restaurant serves good food and has a good and extensive winelist.
Attentive and relaxed staff. Very comfortable room and excellent cafe/breakfast.
Not immediately close to a tube station
Great location, nice atmosphere
Limited wifi time
COURTOUSY OF STAFF AND WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST AND ENSURE AN OPTIMUM STAY.
Great location. Modern, clean, perhaps a little bit trendy too.
Nothing to dislike, really
Very friendly. Great decor, modern and comfortable.
Wifi code needed to be entered with every session. Became very annoying. Room can be quite hot and aircon only lowers to 19c.
The personal approach by the staff, eye for detail (i.e. our 1 yr old son received a teddybear and mum received the latest edition of Elle magazine) and cool decorations.
We liked the friendly staff, who. were very hellpful. the rooms were all on one floor which was great, the location was perfect for travelling to the wedding and reception venue.
Checking was a bit lengthy due to receptionist being on her own.
Great attention to detail.
Front desk staff was a little "over-friendly" and should perhaps be slightly more business-like.
The staff we very accommodating and attentive. The room was well appointed and the amenities were nice. The shower was GREAT!
The room was a little small, but I enjoyed my stay.
The Superior Double was lovely. We got upgraded from a Standard and although it was OK for a couple of nights, the furnishings etc. were a bit tired. Location great so close to Modern Pantry and Workshop Coffee. Really quiet and serene.
Had major issues with check-in and staff were less than helpful, which really marred our whole experience. Service differs greatly from Townhouse to Hotel - be careful which one you're booking.
The brasserie is a buzzing place that serves healthy food. The rooms make you feel like you're at home, rather than staying in a hotel. The location is good, only a 15 minute walk from St Pauls. Good wifi.
I loved the central location of this hotel and the fact that you could walk to so many neighborhoods and avoid alot of touristy areas. Great restaurants and shopping in Islington and Shoreditch. Staff was very helpful and generous.
The staff. The interior.
The bed in a standard room is super small. It would be impossible to sleep two in that bed. I am only 1.84 and my toes stuck out. The bed was comfy for one but would give a sleepless night for any couple that hasn't just met.
Happy and helpful staff at reception... The pillows... The walk in shower.. Opening windows...
