ειναι πολύ καλο αν συγκρινεις τιμή με ανεση και καθαριότητα,εχει 12 δωμάτια εχει ηρεμία και πολύ ζέστη

αυτο που θελω να πω ειναι οτι στο δικό μου το δωμάτιο το οποίο ηταν πολυ ωραιο το μονο πρόβλημα που υπήρχε ειναι το πατωμα το ξύλινο ηταν παλιο και εκανε θόρυβο οταν περπάταγες πανω του σε κάποιο σημείο...

Centrally located, nice & quiet street, friendly staff

On arrival we had to carry our suitcases ourselves up to the second floor (no lift & there were no porters), for two days we could not get any shampoo despite several reminders, the room was not cleaned during the day, the door to the loo could not be shut up (the door or the frame was warped), some light bulbs have burnt out, the window could not be opened wide enough (for safety reasons maybe, but as a result it was stuffy in the room)

This hotel was recommended by a friend and the only disapointment was that the I paid for an upgrade but was not available on arrival although alternative accomodation was porvided.

Very helpful desk clerk and very comfortable, modern room. I was there only one night and had to leave at 3:30AM for an early morning flight, so I can't comment on the breakfast. The porter was there to take by bag to the taxi..

There were four windows overlooking Albany street. All were equipped with handles for opening them, but only one would actually open, and it would not stay up. I finally wedged the Yellow Pages book under it so I could get some air on that warm night

Excelent, very helpful staff, good room and facilities. Clean room, nicely decorated and in a good location.

Location was great all the city sites and shops within walking distance. Parking was secure but was 15 pounds a day.

My television in the room did not work, I reported it to reception but nothing was done. The milk,tea or coffee was not replemished during the stay.

The hotel was in a lovely area of Edinburgh's New Town, on a quiet street yet close to city centre. The hotel was also very smart and the decor excellent - I would recommend the Albany to other people as it was different to the average 'run of the mill' hotel.

Our toilet seat was broken!! Also, when we arrived at the hotel we were told our room was currently being used for a photo shoot and asked to wait an hour... when we returned the room still wasn't ready so we were switched to another room, which although was very nice, I think we would have preferred the room which was being used for the photo shoot - because it must have been fantastic! So we were quite disappointed.

feel that for the price a cooked breakfast should be provided although the continental breakfast was nice.

Charming georgian hotel with stylish decor.

I realised afterwards that I was charged £1.50 for use of Credit Card. Never known this before. Was not flagged on booking.

The stay at Albany was fantastic. Staff and service excellent as well as the stylish room. Location near the city centre.
