Good location close to bus route. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the young waitress who was on duty on the Sunday morning. Thought the breakfast was excellent value for money. |

This is a budget hotel which suits you if all you want is a bed for the night The hotel rooms are in two blocks which look like 60s flats or something out of Prisoner Cell Block H. They are modestly furnished but the bed was comfortable. They are in need of updating. Overall cleanliness was fine. |

The rooms had a funny smell, this was also including the stairwells which leaded to the rooms. (that had a dog dirt smell) Maybe when advertising this hotel you should also take pictures of the outside as is was very misleading. Front doors on the outside (open air) to me is a security risk. Staff also didnt seem like they wanted to be there, if you dont like your job then please do something else. I will not be staying in that hotel again. |

The local facilities were excellent. Did not like being placed on the top floor without prior warning and the fact that there wasn't a lift. |

Location I booked four rooms and paid for rooms to include breakfast. However the organisation at breakfast was so bad that two of my guests were refused breakfast and were told that it was not paid for. They subsequently left the hotel without breakfast! Very poor service for a 3* hotel. My parties will not be staying again. John Bostock |

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. quick check in time. the rooms don't have a uniform standard ie different kettle, shower head, things like that, in different rooms, though everything worked fine. the bedding is old fashioned. generally not what you would expect, though comfortable enough for a short stay. i would have enjoyed breakfast more, if washed down with more than one coffee, i didn't get offered a refill. |

The hotel was more motel style, we stayed on the groung floor across from the reception door, so it was very noisy, but cheap and cheerful for a night out. |

The staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful and the hotel is quiet, comfortable, great value for money and completely lacking in the pretentiousness of some of the larger chains. There is one very small but niggling fault. There is never quite enough milk, tea or coffee in the rooms. |

Staff were helpful and the breakfast was quite good with a good help yourself selection The bed was very lumpy, I could not shut the window in the bedroom. The layout of the rooms was depressing a bit like a tenement block and the access , in what seemed to be the absence of a working lift and a door that did not open, was complicated |

Me and my partner visit Apollo when we want weekend away with each other and Apollo is perfect for us as its lovely. The design of the hotel is unique from other hotels on hagley road so far. As me and my partner booked to nights the staffs should had been informed. We were disturbed 7am not once but three times in the morning and was told to leave, after telling them they rebooked the second night. If this happens next time i wont be visiting Apollo again. |

The room was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the breakfast only being untiln 9:30.. so we missed it! As I mentioned, breakfast finishes a little too early.. |
