Staff were efficent and very pleasant. I was pleased with the decor as you could see thta there was some history to the actual building. No instructions on how to work channels for purchasing music. did not want toask staff as I felt stupid. |

The loaction was perfect (very central). The reception / hall / stairs and lift were beautiful The room was very small and the bathroom was a bit shabby. The shape of the building (it backs onto another and forms a tube, with a hollow in the middle) meant the wind was howling and was quite noisy in our inward facing room. Overall we felt it was overpriced at £89 / night room only. |

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is excellently located for the centre of Glasgow, it's shops and facilities. The first time we stayed at the Glasgow Abode in June 2008, we had a quiet room at the rear of the hotel. On the second occasion, a year later, we were at the front, and were disturbed by noise - from both the street and within the hotel itself. |

Food was very good. The deluxe room was very basic and very tired, loose legs on chairs, varnish coming off all bedroom furniture, bathroom had nowhere to put you toilet bags etc. We also found our room extremely noisy |

The food both the beakfast and the evening meal were excellent.The service at dinner was just wonderful. The lack of "suitcase friendly" steps on arrival was poor.The smell in the room was not good. |

The hotel and staff were lovely and the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent Not so much about the hotel but when I got there I thought that I had already paid for this online, apart from that have no other complaints |

The hotel is in a great location and there were lovely toiletries. Having a DVD player in the room was great I'm not sure that I would class this as 4 Star. The room was quite small, dark and backed onto a lane with delivery lorries. I prefer Marks Hotel which is just across the road. The bathroom was quite small and the sink was cracked |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good position to access transport, culture and shopping. the staff were pleasant and helpful. the Michael Caine restaurant and tbistro were both excellent and provided good value deals alongside the full menu The bathroom looked a little tired and the room overlooked the central heating ducts which were noisy during the night |
