It was convenient for town centre. It looked out on the English Channel & was atmospheric on a stormy day.Good views of the Prom on a clear day. It's a Budget hotel so you do not expect 5* features. But you would expect more than 1socket.It was a double but only1 socket worked. So you had to prioritise in respect of kettle,TV.phone/camera battery recharge. |

A very pleasant stay in top seaview room. Breakfast lovely and staff very friendly. Rooms need redecorating but we had brand new bathroom. Apart from that would stay here again. |

Bed was comfy. The girl doing breakfast was lovely and cooked a great breakfast on both mornings. Parking was on the street and a bit hard at times to find a bay. |

Very friendly staff, nicely folded towels on bed, tea/coffee/bisquits in the room, pretty little room with tv, hair dryer, shower shampoos and cap. Beautiful view from the breakfast room. Good, big breakfast. Pretty glass jars of selection of jam brought to your table with toast. Great location right on the beach with a few minutes walk to the Pier and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station, yet calm environment. Quiet and peaceful place. Brochures for things to do in the area. Felt like home there. Room was upstairs so the pigeons nesting right near the window were cute, but sometimes a bit loud with their "singing". But only a problem for those who need total quiet. |

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Quiet room. Very relaxed atmosphere When I read a previous review that mentioned the problem with the pigeons, I thought that was kind of a funny thing to mention. However, having stayed at the Atlanta and having had the pigeons nesting right outside the bathroom window, I understood the comment. |
