Five minutes from junction 12 of the M4, the Bath Hotel is one mile from the center of Reading. Rooms all have private bathrooms and there is free parking. Comfortable rooms all have TVs, hair dryers and tea/coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi access is available in public parts of the hotel and most rooms. A traditional breakfast is included in the room rate. The Oracle shopping mall is a 15-minute walk and has a multiplex movie theater, bars and restaurants. Prospect Park is within easy walking distance and there is a regular bus service that passes the hotel. Reading Train Station and the Madejski Stadium, home to Reading FC, are both under 2 miles away. Heathrow Airport is a 35-minute drive from the Bath Hotel. Very comfortable stay, breakfast was lovely. Room was a little cold, and the television on the wall in the room was definitely in the wrong place to view from the bed - definitely got a crick in your neck to view it sideways on. Overall the hotel was good value for money - ideal location for meeting up with family for the Reading Half Marathon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast (and even cooked us a breakfast after their normal time when we were late getting up!) Would definately use again. It could have done with a lounge / bar.

Very friendly staff. Free parking. Wi Fi. Good breakfast. We ordered a twin room for two adults - father and son. We got a double bed (great) and the smallest clids bed I've ever seen. Son not impressed! After travelling 200+ miles, I was looking forward to a bath. No bath. How ironic is that for the BATH Hotel?!!! Room dividers were paper thin (ONE layer of plaster board?!!!). We had a gentleman snoring from 10.30pm. I thought he was sawing the leg off his bed! The closeness of the kitchen meant that we were awoken about 6.30am. Not happy!

Sorry to see that lounge/bar area is being re-developed as accommodation. It was this comfortable communal area that made staying here feel like we were in a hotel rather than a Travelodge.

I really like this hotel,I have stayed a few times before and I came back because of the lovely staff,they make you feel so welcombe, the breakfast is freshly cooked and a good choice,the rooms are niceley decorated with all that you kneed,tea/coffee/hairdryer/T.V. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Once again thank you the bath hotel I wil be back soon.
