I was a lady on my own and this was just perfect great staff fabulous room perfect spot
Fabulous location and general hotel quality, free drinks. 5 stars for the price of 4 stars.
Bathtub plug was broken, but otherwise nothing much else to complain about.
The hotel is lovely, characterful and stylish. The staff we encountered were all lovely, really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was great. We had breakfast in our room both mornings and it was very good. The free bar in the evenings is a lovely touch, as is the offer of complimentary tea, coffee and afternoon tea.
There is no dining room, which didn't cause us a problem but I did miss having a proper sit-down breakfast, as this is something I normally enjoy in a hotel, however I do think the fair price of the hotel reflects this. There were a lot of stairs! Again, this didn't bother us too much, but I might not recommend this hotel to someone who tires easily or struggles with steps. There is a lift, but it is small. No movie channels or dvd player.
The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing venues. Staff great, rooms were perfect.
Excellent hotel in fantastic location. Afternoon tea amazing..
I liked the feeling of being in a club personal friendly and welcoming to the guests
Very little maybe the bar occasionally a little noisy near my room
We thoroughly enjoy: the staff the superb location, the delicious breakfasts, the generous cocktail offerings, the comfortable bed and the room size
The elevator is very small and difficult to handle especially when exiting.
location, open bar, kind and efficient staff
narrow stairs, narrow hallways, small rooms. tiny hotel
The service the location and the staff. The staff was very kind and helpful.
There was no mini fridge in the room
loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the hotel is 5 stories, with a lift that only goes up 4. after a long day of walking around the beautiful city, a convenient trip to our room would be fantastic.
I love the location and staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet area. Room in very prestine condition and great to have free WiFi throughout the hotel and with no limitation on the number of the devices to connect at the same time.
No minibar in the room, but there is an open fridge in the lobby with free drinks. I did book a single room and luckily I was upgraded to a double room, but still very small: OK size for a single person, but definitely small for two people to share. The bed was a standard British double size, so definitely small.
I will only stay in this hotel from now on when I come to London
The rooms were a little on the small side, but it is London!
Very small rooms
Very cute hotel, cozy while elegant feeling. Very nice to have tea and scones in the afternoon. Great location: quiet while close to the shopping area
Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the room and it took time to get the receipt right at check out.
nice quiet street; cute building; good size bathroom at room 51; staff is very pleasant; free open bar in the lobby and water in the room ( not really necessary - it is not a lobby to be used as a bar scene); excellent quality of sheets; discrete and charming interior decoration
completely disappointed with the hotel boutique The Beaufort ! arrival tuesday 18/march - departure friday 21/march. 1) upon check in i asked if my rate could be paired up to the room rate of the Kinghtsbridge hotel across the street because my boss was staying there and we made an error in booking.com; we only found out we booked in different hotels upon arrival in Heathrow airport; the answer was a kindly NO because there were no other rooms available; (later on in the evening i came across 2 guys who were checking in and have no reservation)...the difference was around 90 pounds more in the Beaufort...as no sympathy to my pledge which I was trying to comply with my company´s policy, after consulting my boss, we decided for me to stay; 2) my room # 51 was located at the top floor of the building after taking a slow tiny elevator, one need to walk up stairs, open another door, go two steps down - this was never told me ( i am 60 yo but in good shape and have to sign a paper that i acknowledge this fact of accessibility not informed in Booking.com) 3) first and second nights few amenities - third night several different brand name amenities and soap in the bathroom including a shaving set kit; it made me wonder why only in the 3rd day ? 4) need to have next to the bed lighting control switch for the entire room light fixtures; 5) 2nd night A/C was not working properly; warm in the room; window were open; called the night clerk who was very helpfull but did not know how to fix; I asked to change room for the night; once we got to the other room the "problem" was the same, and he sort it out touch the mode button of the remote control; back to the room we managed to start again and it works; this took around 1 1/2 hours since my initial complaint.
Amazing location, polite and helpful staff, comfortable room, delicious complimentary scones and afternoon tea
The location of the hotel. The personal was very friendly and helpful.
We Liked the Hotel very much. A Few improvements coul be made in the bathrooms. The curtains in our room were not in order.
Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location
good location good staff and good room
The staff were really helpful and friendly..
We didn't want to leave, we couldn't fault a thing.
Willingness of staff to oblige and add on services
Would be nice to have tea making facilities in room and simpler TV controls (1 remote to many)
The hotel is ideally situated in Knightsbridge, the staff were very helpful and friendly and because the hotel is small it suited my daughter and I perfectly.
Le the accueil confort des chambres et calme en ville
I really liked the location of this hotel and it was situated on a quaint street. The property was very nice and cozy. The bathroom was large, especially in comparison with my expectations. I enjoyed the doors that opened to a small veranda off of my room. I enjoyed complimentry cocktails from 3-11 daily and had a great Wifi signal at no additional charge. The staff was very accomodating and quick to respond. They all had very nice recommendations in regards to dining and night life. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
The lounge downstairs didn't feel like the it matched the rest of the hotel decor. It felt a bit like sitting in my grandmas house. We usually enjoyed a glass of wine in the check in area and that was always fun!
