The Beaufort  

I really loved everything about my stay at the Beaufort last w/E..The staff were extremely efficient , very welcoming on arrival ,and could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout my stay there.. The hotel was lovely and warm and there was just this great sense of 'niceness' about everything throughout the w/E.. I loved just everything about the hotel . I will definitely stay at The Beaufort when I come to London again .. We have a family wedding coming up in September and I will be able to recommend highly your lovely hotel. Thank you for my lovely stay with you.

The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Refreshments were provided at no cost and this was unexpected and appreciated.

Location is undeniably the strength if the hotel.

Our room was very expensive for the price we paid. Not enough closet room was available for me and my fiance. Narrow stairs had to be taken to go to the bathroom. No space to put our suitcases. We had to take the elevator to the fourth floor to go down one floor to our room. Elevator was working one out of two time

awesome staff

The staff was outstanding.Every wish was fulfilled within minutes. I liked the fact that drinks were free and I loved the afternoon tea. The lobby was small but pleasant. I was very satisfied with my stay

Service and location

The only thing the Beaufort has going for it is the location.

The room was tiny, I know this is typical of London but it had a double bed, and only enough space for one bedside table. The walls were paper thin, you could clearly hear conversations in the next room. The decor of the hotel and common areas were tired to say the least. The staff were acceptably pleasant, but did nothing to make you feel welcome or offer any assistance. I stay in at least 30 four or five star hotels every year and I have to say this was the worst so far this year

Très bel hôtel boutique dans un rue tranquille qui permet d'oublier la rumeur constante de la ville. Personnel gentil et discret. Petit déjeuner servi à la chambre si désiré. Bar ouvert compris dans le prix de la chambre. Il était très agréable de prendre un verre de champagne dans le salon avec la musique calme et discrète. Les chambres sont joliment décorées dans des tons neutres et actuels. Je retournerai très certainement à cet hôtel.
