It's handy for the M60 but it's in need of some re-modelling and money spent on it. The one thing I was really looking forward to was a nice hot shower. But I had to wait ages for the water to heat up and when it did the water pressure was so bad I struggled to keep wet or rinse off. Heating in the room couldnt be adjusted as the taps had been removed off the radiator and the pipes felt cold so probably wasnt on in thr first place. Lets face it in December you need heating! Sorry never again!!

The furnishings in the room were of a poor standard except for the television which was up to date. The color scheme in the room was horrible as was the carpet which was badly stained and dirty and in the bathroom the wash hand basin was cracked and the grout on the tiles was discolored. The communal areas were not much better - the whole image was down at heel and I thought it could do with a visit from the Hotel Inspector (as seen on telly). It is a shame because it could be a nice small hotel with redecoration and a big skip to throw out most of the furnishings. We wont book in there again.

It is a good location for working at the nearby distribution park and has good car/van parking area which is well lit. It is on the outskirts of the town in a quiet location. No ramp into hotel so luggage must be lifted over steps while holding spring loaded door back. Cigarette smoke seemed to find its way through ventilation system into bathrooms.

Good value for money, and the price included a well cooked breakfast The room was quite basic, and rather small for a double. There was not even space for a chair!

Location for being close to Bury and Manchester but far enough away to have lots of greenery around. The price was a fair reflection of the level of accommodation offered. The room was clean although the bathroom could have done with a bit more attention to detail around the shower. Good TV ( if thats how you like to relax) It felt dated in its decor - I would recommend a progressive update in furnishing - get rid of all the dark wood in the rooms and lightn up the dining area by getting rid of the 70's style curtains and pelmits

This is a value for money hotel in a good location that is clean serves a good breakfast but looks a little tired in some areas. Have stayed here a few times and would have no qualms in recommending it as a good stop over destination.
