Breakfast times are quite limited
Warm room, opening window, pleasant staff,
Close to motorway
Room 15 close to function room. Lot of noise when smokers came out to satisfy their craving. On complaining was made to feel that it was my fault because I was in that room. Poor management team and poor attempts at apoligising. Give this place a miss
The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and understanding.
Everything else. Hotel is old , grimy and beyond refurb, needing pulling down and re-building. Sign in bathroom asks clients to leave towels for next guest if not dirty - how vile. Radiator dirty and rusty. Bedding torn. Walls and carpet covered in stains. Bad smell in entrance. Food cooked in old oil. Complained to manager and has still not had the decency to reply.
All the staff we encountered were lovely, friendly and very helpful, breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, warm and just what we were after. Easy to find from M62 and Central Manchester, plenty of parking. Rather good value for money and worth another visit
The WIFI password didn't work but that wasn't really a problem. It took us some time to work out how to lock the door (eventually we had to ask for help) and there were some cleanliness issues and one of the lights didn't work but we didn't really mind all
Hard to say ..quite disappointed
The Hotwl was full but limited staff..no reception staff.. had to wait to be welcomed and to checkout..paid double for a room we have stayed before for half the price..reception and bar shut at ten and no facilities nearby...sadly won't stay again unless improves
everything daek dank dismal no toiletries bed was like concrete door didnt lock had to be left unlocked whilst out risking Louis Vuitton luggage and belongings at risk!!! old fashioned carpets, dark brownwalls doors furniture i wouldnt pay £30 a night for this place
Loads of parking area, and good location. room was reasonable with average facilities for business use. Food was reasonable and served quickly
Quite expensive for what was offered but still a reasonable place to stay. Room was a little outdated and would benefit from a re furb
Problems connecting to the wifi were tackled by staff diligently. Staff were constantly attentive, friendly and helpful
All in all a good place to stay. Staff were good, food was good, value for money a definite.
Bed wasn't great but was bearable, wouldn't say that it ruined my stay though.
The staff were very help full breakfast was good
Room not ready when we arrived at 1445hrs no glasses in bathroom the mattress in room no 10 was awfull we could feel all the springs and it had collapsed in the middle asked for early call for 0730 hrs got it at 0750 hrs good job I did not have a meeting I do not think I would use again
£48 was enough to pay for this room Breakfast was ok
Wifi non existent Rooms shabby and damaged Shower cubicle minute and bathroom fixtures poor condition Just seemed dirty
friendly staff. super breakfast
Bathroom shower very difficult to turn on (26) floor in bathroom tiles loose and grout missing rom hot Hoovered properly
Staff were helpful and friendly Food was tasty and interesting
Poorly fitting windows, letting the road noise in. Shabby and tired bedrooms Mould in the bathroom Very ignoring room keys!
Clean and tidy. Bed was comfy but squeaky.
Breakfast was rubbish.
Breakfast was reasonable, but nothing else impressed.
Hotel was dark and dinghy needs brightening up with some lighter colours, and some brighter bulbs.
Staff friendly and efficient & the breakfast was was very good.
Bad nights sleep, mattress was thin and not comfortable to sleep on.
Excellent high speed wi-fi accessible in room. Full English breakfast was delicious. Decent size TV. Pub just across the road (which served fantastic food). Bar onsite. Good parking.
The hotel was a little dated. Room furniture and carpets old. Food only served in the morning and evening.
Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.
Room a wee bit tired.
A cooked breakfast freshly made and an excellent evening meal. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and the bed comfortable.
Nothing worth mentioning!
Grassed lawn at the back
Just the staff. They r in the wrong place bcoz they should be in beter hotel.
the staff, facilities and general hotel were disgusting the hotel has been poorly maintained, the rooms are filthy, the bathrooms are from the 1950s I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy yes its that bad I travel all over the UK on business and have never walked out from a hotel
