Score from 283 reviews Good
Good size room, clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient staff.
Car park a little awkward. No other issues come to mind.
Everything. Can't really complain. Well impressed with staff, cleanliness, price, room and nearby to tube. Thought it would be noisy on main road, but couldn't hear traffic with windows closed.
Nothing to dislike
Everything was just right for our visit to family, perfect location, Room changed due to double bed needed twin beds not a problem soon sorted, lovely breakfast & Dinner compliments to the Chef,
Small problem with the cleanliness of toilet spoke to reception hope they sort.

The shower was not very good
clean room comfort of my bed
Tea and coffee facilities Iron board in room
Stains on carpet Lamp not working
the rooms are so well equipped with biscuits, tissues, free Wifi, etc. All little touches you don't expect from a place that only charges £49 per room. Room was at the back and was spacious and quiet. Sky Sports was a bonus! Have re-booked.
Breakfast was not very hot but still tasted good.
Large room. Clean. Close to transport. Easy to park. Easy to reach.
Some may find the traffic noise disturbing.
Hi Mike, First of all, I would like to say what a pleasant experience I have always had when staying at your hotel. I have been coming now on a fairly regular basis over a period of three years and each time I have left having had a great experience with your friendly and helpful staff. On my most recent stay however (23/11/2014) I was left feeling disappointed particularly due to the service I received from the large Scottish lady (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) behind the bar. I felt she was very unhelpful and rude with the way she dealt with my order on the evening of my stay. Furthermore, the next afternoon, I saw a 'buy one get one free' promotion on coffees on a chalk board by the front door. I decided it would be ideal for my son and I but was greeted by the same lady as the night before who was again very short with me and told me if I was to purchase the offer, I would have to leave the premise to drink the coffees. Considering I had just stayed the night in the hotel (which I mentioned) I was surprised she was not able to make an exception to this rule. There was also no mention of this rule on the board outside. I understand rules are rules...but again it was the attitude of the lady which left me feeling disappointed. It very dismissive and unhelpful. My main concern is for the numerous other customers that would have to deal with this lady which is not a great first impression to your business. Aside from this, the service was good and will be staying again soon. Kind regards, Dilip Patel
Liked location, Bedroom and reception staff
Internet not working and could only get food after 6pm in bar.
nice bedroom, friendly staff
Enjoyed stay for two nights. Comfortable double room with all facilities you need. Staff were first class. Food ok and would certainly stay again.
Next to a busy junction on the A40 but still provided a good location for London centre from nearby UG station and for access to Wembley by bus.
Lovely hotel and staff, brilliant on-site parking. No complaints at all. Bed was best thing I've ever slept in. Stayed in 312 only thing was air con leaked, completely forgot to mention it on check out, sorry! Returning without a doubt
Restaurant was good, location to underground excellent, just off the the main route from the motorway. This was an excellent mid priced base for a London trip.
Just located by a busy road.
The Pub area was excellent, atmosphere was nice
Didn't really like the breakfast in the morning not because of the food but the lack of cups, spoons etc.
The room was cold and dirty Staff where rude and unhelpful
The room was very nice with a comfy bed , good shower and very clean . Evening meal was nice and the heated smoking area outside was good . The lady on reception was very helpfull .
Badly stocked bar and very expensive drinks , the waitresses and bar staff looked miserable all the time and it seemed like an effort to serve us , not much else around the area. Breakfast was muddled and came out cold .
- Price - Room facilities and cleanliness - Location for trip into city centre and Wembley stadium - Car parking - Friendliness of staff
- No negatives after two stays
The breakfast in the morning included in the room price.
There were stains on the carpets and net curtains
Spotlessly clean, good beer in the pub, and close to public transport
It is close to the centre of London, the bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the staff are really good.
Very friendly staff lovely room bar and excellent breakfast. Luke in the restaurant looked after us really well at breakfast.
The location is ideal for what I need with easy access by tube to the London attractions
My one and only gripe with this hotel is the checking out at 11am next day, 12pm would be so much better and if the price comes out more or less the same I will stay at premier inn down the road solely so I get an extra hour in bed
