I liked the fact that we could attend a football match at Wembley and travel by public transport without having to go into the centre of London. The quality of the bar service, including the food, is very good and is much less costly that a hotel in Central London. The bar staff are attentive and professional which made for a good stay. If you're attending Wembley then walk to Greenford tube, buy a zones 1-4 ticket and travel to South Ruislip. From there take an overground train. It's the easiest way by public transport.

Although the staff were very pleasant and the room spacious unfortunately the drink prices and food served was a let down. I did not feel the amount we paid for the room was worth it. I would not stay there again.

Convenience of location to where I needed to be. Reception staff ad the "I no understand" look when you complain to them! They also don't know their own terms and conditions and make it up as they go along. When I booked on line its states that a deposit of £30 will be taken upon arrival. Imagine my surprise when the receptionist then goes to charge the whole amount to my card upon arrival and states its company policy to do so. What happens if I wanted to leave early? Then there's the cheeky " Have a nice day" comment from one, followed by "Hope you enjoy your stay" from the other in a sarcastic manner, after I complained to them about their T's & C's and was a good part down the hallway.

only a 10 minute walk from the tube, free secure car parking. decent breakfast. Easy to drive to from east anglia that the hotel had a boiler problem on fri night sat morning so no shower , but I guess it's just one of those things. However we were kept informed. the wall between rooms wer'nt very thick so you could hear everything that was going on in the next room

The food was awful, breakfast looked like it had been the day before`s serving that was not required and then reheated to try and serve 24hrs later..In the evening I ordered a liqueur coffee..the cream seemed to be "off" and an attempt was made to get fresh cream which when it arrived seemed very watery. Ok to stay but do not eat there!

Service was good, breakfast very nice. However there was alot of noise coming from the plumbing in the room. From about 8 am which was very disruptive. Staff did apologise and let us check out an hour later than usual.
