I like the location and the rooms are very comfortable The restaurant was closed both evenings because of a tour party,we ate in the bar on the first night ,not a good experience and the first mornings breakfast was most dissapointing on the second evening after complaining we were offered a table in a quieter room.the next morning the breakfast served was good. However I feel that the staff should be able to cope with a coach party a conference and at the same time be able to afford to also give good service to the hotel guests

Size of Room Size of Bed Cleanliness Very Quiet considering it was on the main road. Staff polite and helpful There wasn't two sets of towels for us to use when we arrived. I'm sure if we had asked they would have given us more but it doesn't take a genius to work out if two people are staying, you will need two sets. Stains on duvet

Friendliness of staff. When I needed gluten free bread a member of staff got this in her own time for me. Has become rather run down and smelly. My room was not cleaned every day just bed made up, towels changed and bins emptied.

We were booked in the bridge hotel from the 14th to the 15th of April. The rooms in the bridge hotel are very noisy. There's an extremely busy road passing right in front of the hotel and there must be some police station very near as police cars with sirens on pass by approximately every 20 minutes. All rooms have connecting doors and you can hear every single word the people say in the room next door. I had a young couple in the room next to you and will spare you the further details. The room itself is not very clean and the bed of doubtful quality. The bathroom is a complete different story. The walls were covered by fungus and so was the area behind the tab and several others. The curtain railing was covered by rust completely. I added some pictures to give you an impression but it looks worse in real time.

Proximity to IBM Greenford and access to central London Room 108 was a bit close to main road and therefore noisy throughout the night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Poor breakfast the second day - served in bar, obviously pre-prepared (dry, overheated food, cold, limp toast. At least we had a normal height table. Some had to eat with the plates on their knees as they were sat at low bar tables. Excuse was Mother's Day but not much was happening in the main restaurant. The Hotel looks tired and needs redecorating and modernisation.

I liked the spacious room, comfort and atmosphere Re the funeral buffet booking, the group happened to arrive earlier than planned and did not receive a warm welcome because of this and some were made to feel it was very inconvenient to arrive before the scheduled time. Though my sister did say it wasn't a problem, they were happy to sit and wait and have a coffee. This was outside their control but partly my fault as I overestimated the time the burial service would finish. Apart from this it was a good venue to meet in a private setting.

It was very convenient to where I was working in Greenford. Comfortable room. prefer buffet breakfast, waitress service was slow. Most people staying here are working in the area, just needed to be able to pick up breakfast quickly and go.
