Secure free parking. Friendliness of reception staff. Hotel provided good value for money. Good location for starting the return journey. Breakfast could have been hotter, sausage was overcooked. Shaver point in bathroom was a continental fitting. |

Just use the hotel as a B&B, room was good clean and quiet. Breakfast was poor, food served on cold plates. my wife had eggs benedick, the eggs were undercooked cold and the muffin was stale, one of the waiter was walking round with a dirty tea towel over his shoulder, shame, we liked the hotel until breakfast. |

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast more than adequate. The room was huge & very comfortable. It is a 10min walk to the tube, but then it's a good service in to town. The bathroom was never properly cleaned, with hair under the sink & behind the door. I think they moped the floor without sweeping it first. |

Yes was given the wrong postcode so was driving around in circles at 8.30pm trying to find the place. Very frustrated by the time I did find the place after the hotel receptionist gave me the correct postcode. Also oredered a ham sandwich on room service and got one with half a pound of grated cheese on so gave up. |

Easy to get to, good secure car parking, very helpful staff, good food and pleasent service, plenty of space in the bedroom, very clean and tidy with good bathroom facilities, warm and cosy. The bedrooms are large enough but there is no area to hang or store clothes, a big disappointment for ladies in particular. |

We liked the food, though the hotel is in urgent need of refurbishing in certain areas. Those staff who were there did the best they could under difficult circumstances but there appeared to be serious understaffing. Hotel has great potential which is not being realised. |

For a change I had a quiet rom Evening meals were very average. During my last stay at this hotel I ordered a pint of Bombadier bitter at the bar and it was off. This time I ordered the same beer and it was even worse and couldn't drink it - have they kept the same barrel of beer on line for the last 3 months ? |
