Helpfulness of staff and close to bus routes and tube links. Good access to Wembley. Good parking. Would have liked greater choice of breakfast cereals.

Location to Wembley was great. Breakfast menu choices were excellent, lovely salmon and scrambled egg muffin. Bed was so comfortable, an excellent night sleep! Dont use the recommended taxi service that the hotel suggest for Wembley - Poor service and no customer relations, conflicting instructions for a pick up point which is poor when you have no knowledge of the area. Asked for an extra toilet roll (only had half a roll on arrival) and a bar of soap for the bathroom on the day of arrival, neither of which turned up at all during our stay! - Poor!

The best thing about the hotel was the proximity to London. . The room and the hotel weren't very clean. There was moldy in the bathroom, the exhauster wasn't working and the light either.

Hotel is in a good location for commuting into London by tube and has a large car park. It is also very accessible from A40 Rooms have a door interconnecting with adjacent room and was very noisy because of this. The people in the next room were talking and it sounded like they were sitting in our room !

Service was good, breakfast very nice. However there was alot of noise coming from the plumbing in the room. From about 8 am which was very disruptive. Staff did apologise and let us check out an hour later than usual.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating . The hotel is in an excellent position for access to central London without paying CL prices. The central line tube being only 10 minute walk away. We will certainly be visiting the hotel again soon.

Hospitality. Cleanliness and size of room for price. Breakfast. Not self service. Quality of breakfast poor. It had been under a heat lamp so effectively ruined. No time to get replacement

Easy to find, spacious rooms, good price. Staff on reception were very friendly & warm The restaurant did not have any New Zealand sauvignon despite it being on the wine list & it was the 16th December- one would have thought that if anybody was going to spend over £25 on a bottle of wine,it would be at Christmas time. However we had 4 or 5 bottles of Chilean sauvignon.

Good food and comfortable bed. Also good ensuite fascilities. Nice Bar and atmosphere. I found the internet access very poor. I was only able to achieve spasmodic access to the internet. Note that I am a computer programmer and do not believe that the fault was with my equipment. On some days some of my equipment was able to access the web through the system at the bridge and on other days other of my equipment would be able to access it. The issue was the portal/redirection system that they used just did not appear to work consistently.

It was a lovely hotel. Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Lovely atmosphere in hotel. Reminded me of a scottish Highland old fashioned hotel with leather sofas and tartan decor ,Service was excellent. It was perfect for what we needed. Visiting my daughter who had just had a baby in st Charlottes hospital and didnt want to intrude and stay with them so was perfect for visiting.
