the whole experience was made so simple from checking in to drop off and collection from the airport. It was by far the best service ive ever had for an airport hotel and the price was a bargain

I read the review after I booked the hotel and wasn't pleased but upon arrival I was pleased and glad I stayed at the hotel. It was clean no one bothered you and the resturant was excellent value for money and the staff at the resturent were helpful and excelent. Enjoyed the food and the dishes I was recomended were excelent. All the staff and management were very good and couldnt fault them. Will stay there another time without hessitation and will recomend to other people and also say the bad reviws are all incorrect.well done for the experiance and keep it up The only complaint I have was theat the reviews I read about the hotel were all untrue. The resturent staff and the food was excellent and the management excelent. I will not hesitate to stay there another time and will also highly recomend it to others and also stress that they try the resturent

Very much worth the value! Cheap prize, rooms were tidy and staff were very nice and helpful. Food was good in the restaurant and location near the Stansted airport! Really enjoyed!

It was very cheap relative to its competition and perfectly suited my needs (ie, it was close to Stansted airport). The bathroom facilities were in poor shape, especially the sink.

We arrived very late and staff was very friendly. Check In easy. Transfer from and to airport again very reliable. Will stay again! Depending from location my room was a little bit smelly from kitchen. However, next time I travel with airfreshener.

Do not stay at this hotel. Total rip off. I had booked a "park & fly" package. They tried to charge me for parking. Also tried charging twice for breakfast. They then didn't send a car to pick us up at the airport, so I had to fund a taxi out of my own pocket (I had already paid for this). When I asked for a refund of the taxi fare, they threatened to call the police!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

“The stay was quite pleasant - good breakfast: four or five different cereals, jams, different types of bread, tea, coffee, different juices, scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, some apples, some canned orange and grapefruit? slices to go with it all and a few other things. The AC worked fine - to suit any temperature necessary.
