The hotel is integrated with an Indian Restaurant. Everything from the restaurant to the corridoors and rooms smelled stale with an odd odour. The shower didn't work. We ordered cooked breakfast for 8am and it arrived at 8.25am - not great when you are trying to catch a flight. The beans and mushrooms were cold and all of it was greasy. There was nothing else for breakfast. ie, no Orange juice, no tea/coffee, - nothing. I booked a room with 3 single beds, but they gave me a double and a single. they did move us after I asked. If I hadn't have paid up front and wasn't pushing for the flight (after the breakfast delay), I'd have argued about the bill - it really was that poor. |

The room rate represents good value for money, and the staff are cheerful. The hotel shares the same building as a restaurant, the hotel sign is only 12"x12", almost invisible and no one in the village has ever heard of the hotel by name. Almost impossible to find in the dark. |

The location was great. I was made to feel special by the staff. The room was well appointed, clean and homely. A really good experience. Only one thing. The radiator in the bathroom was not working. Easily rectified I guess. |

the only thing I liked was that the staff were helpful they are bnot family orientated, and there is a lack of communication between management and staff, I pre ordered a cot for my baby, and emailed to make sure, was assured it was, then found it wasnt,; had to bring it from another hotel, waited an hour, at midnight!!!and it was broken and collapsed on my baby in the night. No bedding either was given for the cot, and there were no highchairs |

The transport to the airport was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed updating and did not smell too good. We had to wait a long time for service at reception even though we pressed the bell. |

staff were friendly and helpful.shuttle to airport excellent.room basic but adequate for an overnight stop for an early flight. dining room was closed, so after a long drive we had to get back into the car to look for somewhere to get a meal. |

. . The hotel was OK. - restuarant OK. Food good. Hotel staff very obliging, although many were not conversant with english - but very they did try. Very tired needed to be updated Plastic tablecloths !! More info on a More info regards pick up - waited around. had to phone them. which if we were told that -would have saved time. In the advert free shuttle - service - when arrived they wanted to charge £12.00 for the servicel for shuttle We objected - they took the charge out |
