The efficiency of the reception staff was excellent. The breakfast service was also very good, with a fantastic menu and range available. The spa was acceptable, however not quite up to the expected standard of a 4* hotel, the steam room was out of order and the snazzy shower was not working correctly - the reception was slow and the nail treatments were done in the reception area. The'afternoon tea' was also dissapointing, whilst very generous it was not 'delecate' enough for afternoon tea, and was obviously a selection of items for the sweet trolley, resulting in a different tea 'experience'. |

Although set within a modern housing area the hotel is ideally situated for visiting the area |

We arrived after the time children were allowed in the pool which was disappointing, as we booked this specifically because of he pool facilities for our son. Upon seeing the manager we were allowed to use the pool, this was great. The room was spacious, well designed and finished. no |

I enjoyed the position - near to the sights of Cambridge and near to my place of business. It was absolutely fine. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we got lost at called at 1.30am and the gentleman who answered was very helpfull even at that time of the morning. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety and choice. Everything was fresh and tasted good. |

The location off the main highway but still close enough to a main city attraction. The staff were very helpful and prices were not too high. At times when trying to use the swimming pool it was fulll of children and parents who club members not hotel residents. Runnibg the hotel as a fitness club which takes away the priority from hotel occupants. |

Comfort, lovely bathroom and great breakfast. No instructions on how to use the internet. Room service meal (fish and chips) arrived without chips and no offer of sauces. Swimming pool and area felt cold. No instruction that £1.00 coin needed for locker. |

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff on reception were efficient and had I had more time I'm sure that I would have found the hotel leisure faclities very good The service at breakfast and the breakfast itself was very disapointing and spoilt the hotel experience. The food in the restaurant is over priced, the green salad in particular is worthy of an comedy award, four slices of cumcumber and some lettuce! |

Second visit in a few weeks. Relaxed, informal friendly atmosphere. Nice leisure club and pool. Modern and clean. Staff helpful and friendly even though hotel was busy this weekend with functions. Very enjoyable stay. Will stay again Small gripe. No hot chocolate sachets in tea and coffee tray. Would have been nice as you don't want coffee for a bedtime drink |
