Beds were uncomfortable and small, the bar near us on 2 nights was very noisy as we're the pensioners leaving at 6am one morning .
Good atmosphere and clean cozy room with a great view
Loved the location
The local staff were lovely pity I could nt say the same about the rest of them not a smile or a welcome, breakfast should be still hot even a half an hour before it finishes and there was hot water coming from the cold tap in our bedroom Don t this.k I would stay there again and its a pity as I visit at least 4 times a year
Breakfast was lovely, abit unorganised at busy times but very tasty, the location was great however we didn't get a view
The bed even though you were a sleep well hotel was awful and no upgrades available,I had a sore neck and bad back for days, there was no view and a lot of noise round the back of the hotel, no aircon, shower had a horrible curtain instead of a door that liked to stick to you, mirror in the bedroom was a little bit too low even for my 5foot self and free parking was well over 10 mins walk away.. Slightly disappointed and don't usually complain, I hope improvements are made so we can maybe visit again
well done to everyone for a wonderful night
Location to shops pubs and restaurants
The hotel is in need of a face lift just general updating.
Room was dark
Location, breakfast, room with a view
The toilet made such a noise when filling up. Some of the windows would open but not stay open. The corridors were very narrow. All minor points really. Overall it was fine.
Location good staff nice
rooms we were at the back of the hotel the room was very warm and only one window opened.
We really enjoyed our short break, the hotel room was airy and light and excellent size. The breakfast was very enjoyable and a good choice of food was provided.
Central location, friendly staff at specially at reception.
Food in restaurant was not very good, our ferry left at seven o'clock in the morning and the breakfast we got was very poor. Bad smell from outside (back of the building)
Wedding Night - Free Room Upgrade, Bottle of Rose Wine, Late Checkout all provided free of charge. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay the best!!!
Room 107, room from hell, noisy plumbing from other rooms, floor roasting hot from kitchen beneath, kitchen extractor fans immediately outside bedroom window, therefore unable to open. Do I need to say more.
staff all very help full and enjoyed stay
double bedroom very small. Would not go back to similar room.
Staff were very freindly relaxed place to stay good location food excallant room clean and comfy
staff were polite and helpful. Location was good and parking was free. Breakfast was good
the room was in serious need of TLC. Our view was a fire escape, wall and pigeon roost. Bathroom was tiny, no room to swing a cat - hot water came from cold tap. Bed was awful - have not had such a bad night's sleep in ages. Would not recommend, unless you paid extra for Superior room which, presumably, has a view.Very narrow passage ways - single file only - and 6 (count 'em) fire doors to negotiate on way to room. (I know you need them but there must be an easier way) Only 1 main - steep - convoluted stair way down to reception, when you managed to find it and 1 very small, slow lift which was only quick when shutting the door on you!
Breakfast was good
The room door rattled each time someone used the stairs, not good when it is middle of night!
Location and Convenience Good
Rooms small for the price. Very noisy. Close to the air conditioning fans that kept us awake and loud banging noises very early morning. Did not sleep well.
The food was good and the staff were helpful.
The bed was hard, the room was too small and dreary. Quite depressing.
very helpful staff!
there is no wifi in the room
location, breakfast, staff
very small room (double) and ensuite - cramped toilet area - you could almost wash your hair when sitting on the toilet!
personala na recepciqta beshe vinagi usmihnat i ni pomognaha s nujnata ni informaciq, restoranta sashto beshe na nivo sledvashtiqt mi prestoi shte bade otnovo tam :)
Excellent location, staff are very friendly.
Just the job for 1 night
Bed was a bit on the hard side & lots of door slamming in the early hours - started at 4:00!
Breakfast is OK.
I have stayed a few times in this hotel, but this time I had a bad room, the kitchen exhaust chimney was next was the window blasting kitchen exhaust into the room if the window is opened. The room looked onto a brick wall and was small & generally run down. The hotel needs a revamp as it is also generally run down. The internet only works around the reception area.
