Die Nähe zum Strand. Der gepflegte Garten. Der indoor Pool. Das Familienzimmer bestand aus 2 Doppelzimmern mit Verbindungstür. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war ansprechend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und der Frühstücksraum mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Die Doppelbetten unseres Familienzimmers sind für 2 Personen zu schmal. Es gibt in der Nähe kein Stadtzentrum, in dem man abends beruhigt spazieren gehen könnte. Zu Fuß braucht man in das Zentrum Bournemouths 25 min. Die wenigen Parkplätze am Hotel sind sehr eng. |

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen, vom freundlichen Personal über die gepflegten Parkanlagen bis zu den Fitnesseinrichtungen blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ich werde gern wieder kommen. |

The staff were incredibly helpful, the porter was a god send as we arrived quite late with our 10 week old daughter and the extra pair of hands was well received ! The outdoor heated swimming pool was superb and ofcourse the outdoor hot tub ! The breakfast was excellent and we are already planning our next stay with our children for next year. This hotel was recommended to us and already we have done the same, a lovely find indeed. Thank you for a lovely stay. |

Location was fantastic, a walk through their gardens down to the beach at Boscombe Pier. Great pools and dining areas with views. Room well decorated and in modern contemporary colours, early check in. All excellent apart from bed. Bed dipped in the middle and was squeaky on left hand side. Room overlooked pool and gardens which was fab but due to the unusually high temperatures we had to open windows and woken up by a Dad and child in the pool at 7.30am on Sunday - not good when you've gone away for a lie in from the kids! Apart from that excellent. |

Within walking distance to beach through nice gardens within hotel. Not too far by car into town centre. Gym and leisure facilities were good. Would like to make a suggestion with regard to changing rooms in the leisure club which would be to put a machine in there for drying your swimsuit. Not enough car parking spaces for people staying. Also not very clear where the other car park is that belongs to hotel. Great location for a quiet stay just outside Bournemouth. teh walk through teh wonderful gardens down to the Boscombe pier is quite special. Lighting in the bar in the evening was a way bit too bright and unwelcoming....lovley decor plenty of lamps and spots nobody seemed senior enough on site to recognise the importance of good evening amoshpere...shame really would of stayed up later and spent more at the bar had it been more relaxing. Parking was also a bit of problem and many places reserved which was seemed unfair. |

From the very start the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was a far better than I had emagined with everything I could possible need. The restaurant and staff were again a delight and tried very hard to please me as I am a vegetarian and fussy. It was a very happy experience so much so that My husbands and Sons joined me on the saturday night for dinner. I will be back. thank you Jnaet Craig room 313. P>S> I am going to send in the short notice form as I am retired and would make use of deal if reasonable. The car parking was the only problem but would not put me off staying with you. |

Excellent family facilities; all needs catered for especially for younger children; lovely food; lovely atmosphere. Could have done with an outside play area for smaller children, perhaps. Also, the possibility of a small corner play area for kids in restuarant so that adults can eat in peace and with peace of mind.! |

The single room I booked was brilliantly and expensively furnished with a fantastic bathroom. All bright as a new pin and looking brand new. Great breakfast and staff. Could not have been bettered. |

The receptionist Evelyn was very helpful and provided excellent customer service as did the duty manager. The pool was lovely. We had to look at 4 different rooms and still did not end up with what we had booked. The internet pictures do not resemble the rooms we were shown. We weren't informed that the kids high tea was included in the price so paid for our son's dinner on the first night. |

Lots of facilities and the hotel has wonderful grounds. Very close to the beach and town centre and easy to find and get to. Room could have been bigger and was slightly over cluttered with furniture. |

a cot should have been in the room ref the booking. when we called to reception to ask for one it was sent up within 15 minutes. to my disgust the cot was filthy dirty and about 10 years old. i used 15 wipes to try to clean it to no avail. called reception for another waited 35 minutes and was much better. asked the porter where they are stored and he said a dusty shed. |

Most staff were helpful, pleasant & friendly, good location, very clean. 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to town. Foreign staff did not know simple information about surrounding area. Room did not have double glazing, noise could be heard from outside from roadside rooms. Not much variety on food menu's. |
