From the very start the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was a far better than I had emagined with everything I could possible need. The restaurant and staff were again a delight and tried very hard to please me as I am a vegetarian and fussy. It was a very happy experience so much so that My husbands and Sons joined me on the saturday night for dinner. I will be back. thank you Jnaet Craig room 313. P>S> I am going to send in the short notice form as I am retired and would make use of deal if reasonable. The car parking was the only problem but would not put me off staying with you. |

Excellent family facilities; all needs catered for especially for younger children; lovely food; lovely atmosphere. Could have done with an outside play area for smaller children, perhaps. Also, the possibility of a small corner play area for kids in restuarant so that adults can eat in peace and with peace of mind.! |

The single room I booked was brilliantly and expensively furnished with a fantastic bathroom. All bright as a new pin and looking brand new. Great breakfast and staff. Could not have been bettered. |

The receptionist Evelyn was very helpful and provided excellent customer service as did the duty manager. The pool was lovely. We had to look at 4 different rooms and still did not end up with what we had booked. The internet pictures do not resemble the rooms we were shown. We weren't informed that the kids high tea was included in the price so paid for our son's dinner on the first night. |

Lots of facilities and the hotel has wonderful grounds. Very close to the beach and town centre and easy to find and get to. Room could have been bigger and was slightly over cluttered with furniture. |

a cot should have been in the room ref the booking. when we called to reception to ask for one it was sent up within 15 minutes. to my disgust the cot was filthy dirty and about 10 years old. i used 15 wipes to try to clean it to no avail. called reception for another waited 35 minutes and was much better. asked the porter where they are stored and he said a dusty shed. |

Most staff were helpful, pleasant & friendly, good location, very clean. 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to town. Foreign staff did not know simple information about surrounding area. Room did not have double glazing, noise could be heard from outside from roadside rooms. Not much variety on food menu's. |

Very clean inside, our room had a lovely view overlooking the gerdens aswell as the sea, staff were very friendly and helpfulI, i would stay there agian There didnt seem to be much parking available and i ended up having to park in a street around 100m away, not a massive problem though, and i personaly found the room a little warm at night and had trouble sleeping but thats quite normal for me anyway, my girlfriend had no problems sleeping at all |

Lovely views from the hotel situated on the cliff tops. Food was delicious. Staff were welcoming and pool is a good size. Only 5 min walk away from Boscome town but about 30+ mins walk into Bournemouth town. Room could have been a bit more modern looking but did the job and would definitly go back. |

The spa was great, we loved using the indoor spa as well as the outdoor hot tub. The food was excellent. The views from the dining room were lovely. The other people who used the spa (non residents) were extremely friendly and kind and also very informative. We had a room with a balcony and view of the sea, which was superb. The en suite was lovely with wonderfully hot water. There was a wedding on the Saturday and the music was quite loud until about 12.30 am which wasn't very relaxing. We weren't told at the time of booking about the wedding, it was mentioned once we were there. The doors banged noisily on other floors and rooms |

The hotel was comfortable and attractively furnished, the rooms extraordinary value as it was out of season. I used the swimming pool and we walked through the gardens that were well maintained. It was obvious that it would be a lovely place to spend a summer holiday. Its location near the sea is an added attraction and we walked along the cliff top. Seemed a little understaffed on the reception desk but the staff were polite and helpful nevertheless. |

The Hotel was beautifully decorated with a classic feel and a modern twist, the views from the dining room and gardens were fantastic with great views over the sea. No complaints about the room, although if you book try to get a room with a sea view. Although we went in January, we still went in the the hot tub! Not very much! The ironing board had a mind of its own, kept falling down which was a bit dangerous! |

Lovely foreign staff, so much friendlier than the usual disinterested British staff we encounter. Very nicely decorated room, immaculately clean and extremely quiet. Wonderful to have a pianist on our final dinner. Very good food at dinner. Pleasant gardens, and a bonus that they connected to the seafront. Cooked breakfast was always cold. Very noisy dining room at breakfast. Unruly children at breakfast every day were not disciplined. Cramped changing facilities for swimming. |

I am very familiar with The Chine and like its rather old -fashioned and individual styl Refurbishment works were being done at the time which inevitably causes some inconvenience but the staff coped well |
