The location to the sea was good, the view to the sea was pretty, and the beds were very comfy.

There was some mould on the ceiling near the window. I'm allergic to mould so that was the only thing that wasn't very nice.

Car parking facilities were dreadful

Easy to find, being a breakfast man my husband thought it was excellent, room we were given after the first one allocated was very good with a good view, we think we would go back there again as it is the third hotel in Bournemouth we have stayed and is the best yet.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The locaton was excellent for the beach and only about 40 minute walk to Bournemouth. Our room had wonderful views of the sea! The facilities were first class with wonderful gardens taking you down to the sea.

It was a bit out of the main Boscombe centre if you wanted to go out on the evening. The breakfast was really disappointing as it was buffet style and was practically cold!

Room very modern and comfortable, the main hotel has obviously been recently refurbished.

The hotel has a number of annexes which meant that my room was in the next door building. There is an indoor route but it's a bit of a trek - might be offputting for some. I arrived quite late in the evening so couldn't park in the hotel spaces (maybe because there was a wedding there) and had to drive round a number of times to find a space in a side street. I was also assured at reception that I could have some sandwiches in the bar - but the barman said no, I'd have to call room service and have them in my room. Fortunately another member of staff sorted this out quickly.

Proximity to the seaside, friendliness of the staff.

Good outdoor pool, pleasant staff, good view from the restaurant, generally hotel was good.

Children jumping in the room above the lower bar, restaurant not great value for money as regards evening meal.

Very nice gardens and a really nice spa with two swimming pools which were lovely and warm. Beach was only a short walk from hotel which was really nice for the children. Hotel on the whole was good and had excellent facilities for children and adults alike.

I found one of the young girls on reception very rude and she was most unhelpful. I booked an executive room which was ok but my family booked standard rooms and they were much bigger and better. Drinks were too expensive at the bar.

The leisure facilities were excellent and staff were very helpful

The bed was very uncomfortable

The Gardens are excellent. Give the Gardener a raise immediately!
