Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child under 6 years is charged GBP 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 6 to 14 years is charged GBP 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly The shower room was the smallest Ive ever seen, it was almost as if they had forgotten to put one in and added it in a cupboard at the last minute! |

The male owner (or that is who we guessed he was) did not introduce himself and he seemed uncomfortable in making conversation with us. We thought it was a bit overpriced given the room itself, though comfortable and clean was relatively small and the shower area very narrow so it was difficult to move around in it without opening the door! |

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated, very clean, excellent food, extremely comfortable. Thin floors - rooms over restaurant can hear the music very loudly. |

I thought the location of Elements was fantastic, overlooking the bay. The fact that it only has 11 rooms makes the setting very intimate and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Overall I had a great time and will certainly be staying at Elements the next time i'm in the area. The prices of the meals are extremely expensive. Breakfast is exempt from this comment as it was included (fantastic meal). The cheapest main was £15 which is outside my budget but the price of the rooms are excellent. |

Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und versuchen trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten meinerseits auf alle Wünsche einzugehen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Ausblick beim Essen ist kaum zu überbieten. Es stehen Wlan und Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist nicht alt-englisch sondern modern. |
