The staff were most helpful and gave good and useful advice. We liked the fact that the bar was open until late so that we could relax after an evening at the O2 arena. We also found the convenience to the O2 excellent. The bathroom could do with an update. |

It was quiet. Th room was larger than usual which was very good. The food was good, and we enjoyed our stay there There was a lift but we were not sure where it took us to, so we used the stairs, and ached at our leisure. The hotel is a bit of a rabbir warren, with character. |

Accommodation was comfortable, clean and pleasant; the staff were friendly and professional. Food excellent. Location just about right for getting to the O2 as not too far or too close, and bus service from the front of the hotel was good. |

Location excellent for O2 arena, 108 bus direct to door almost! Pleasant staff. Yes, standard of bathroom was poor and requires upgrading. Room on bottom corridor past dining room, smelt of damp and nursing homes!!! |

Bar staff were friendly. Breakfast although we had to queue to get in. Most of the reception staff were the rudest most unhelpful i have ever come across. One even accused me of lying that i had been given free bus tickets to the O2 by another (helpful) member of staff and refused to give me any more even though I had been told beforehand that tickets had been allocated to my room. |

The staff were very helpful. There was a queue at breakfast but staff were efficient, polite and kept the customers happy! I had been allocated an unsuitable room (I have disabilities) but reception staff quickly realized the mistake and could not have been more helpful. |

We have stayed here before as it is so convenient for all we need to do in Blackheath. The hotel can be over heated in the summer months. |

I found the hotel to be really cozy - something to look forward to after a hard day of shopping or walking around. Beats the underground rush and it's very relaxing. Wonderful location. |

Room service was prompt and the food presented well. Breakfast was good. My room smelt of new paint which was horrible, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom. I felt that for £75 a night it was not worth the money. It was an uncomfortable stay. |
