The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The towels did not seem clean. The blankets were old, and even worn. The shower did not work properly, with a thin stream of water, at times scalding, at times cold, coming from the shower.The tv did not work. Overall, very poor. For this type of accomodation, one should not pay more than £30. We paid £105. |

The breakfast was very good and the room was at least comfortable but the hotel has seen better days. It was very shabby and the fire alarm going off at 3.00am didnt help the experience. The following day the staff seemed oblivious to what had happened and did not offer an apology. |

car park too small; corridors narrow, long with heavy doors; very small lift; breakfast very crowded and not much variety of yogurts,pastries; bathroom too small with minute basin, shower did not work - water pressure non existent. Rooms very dated & tired looking & noisy. |

Very close to the O2 arena with very easy access by bus to and from the venue. Will definatly use it again. Wall mount LCD tv could only be seen if you stood directly in front of it which was no use at all. May as well not have had one in the room. Also staff in the dining room weren't extactly well organised, friendly but not great service. Wouldn't put me off staying again though. |

The staff were most helpful and gave good and useful advice. We liked the fact that the bar was open until late so that we could relax after an evening at the O2 arena. We also found the convenience to the O2 excellent. The bathroom could do with an update. |

It was quiet. Th room was larger than usual which was very good. The food was good, and we enjoyed our stay there There was a lift but we were not sure where it took us to, so we used the stairs, and ached at our leisure. The hotel is a bit of a rabbir warren, with character. |

we went to tennis at o2 areana ,after worrying for days how we {four ladies}would find our way there ,it was so easy, i have told everyone about the Clarendon and its localatry to o2 and London city thank you. see you next year. |

It was very convenient for the O2 arena where we were watching the tennis for 3 days,as there was a direct bus there and a night bus as well for getting back. We thought the hotel had a bit of a 'tired' look and was in need of some updating. |
