Good service. The pool and gym were a good size. The breakfast was very nice. Very worn carpets and half completed work with wires sticking out the walls. Poor noise polution from other guests (keeping us awake until 2am) and the shower (waking us at 7am). Dusty room with broken door.

Location was excellent, 5 mins to beach, 10 mins to pier. The staff could not do enough for you. The lounge and courtyard facilities extremely comfortable and very useful, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were good with all facilities but on the small side.

Blakes resturant, breakfast, nice sheets on the bed. Toilet area of the mens changing room in the pool needs decorating. A small thing but the biro crossing out of the outdoor pool in the hotel guide looked cheap and nasty, why not reprint this page of the guide?

Restaurant and Spa are excellent. It is unusual to find an18m pool in a hotel. This was my second stay at this hotel and I am sure it will not be my last. Staff in Bar should be more attentive and serve people in the order they arrive in the bar, not be swayed by age and sex of their guests. I booked an executive suite this time but was not really impressed.

Location was perfect for us. We went for walks along the beach and adjacent leafy residential precinct. Hotel staff was professional and courteous. Restaurant presented top shelf dining experience. Having to leave!

Second time coming here with my daughter. We loved it. So friendly and kind. So helpful. And they are always smiling and make you feel comfortable. I loved the facilities. They did some changed to hotel since last came. Much better. Looks amazing. We loved the spa facilities. Swimming pool and sauna/steam room /jacuzzi was to die for. Used them every day to distress. I regreated not bring my sports clothes to use gym. I really wanted to go. The room are spacious, especialy having a disability and a child running around. Comfortable beds. Great bath and shower. We had a balcony with amazing view. The breakfast was to die for and well waking up for. Room services was amazing. Dinner menu was not that appealing, would of loved to see crab and lobster..a variety of different fish foods, because I eat halal and couldn't eat most dishes. But bar menu was good. The beach is very closes 10 minutes walk. Which is the best beach ever. Shop just around the corner from hotel which was good. And a variety of restaurants that are close. Staff amazing best part of hotel... they make the hotel what it is... and I booking again for july. Worth going. Worth the money. And worth 5 stars not 3. Its not I didn't like...suggestion only : I would love to see entertainment at the hotel. Especially when raining outside, I would pay extra... it would make the holiday more amazing.

Breakfast was very good so much choice. We had a meal within the hotel which was lovely. Not far from the beach and shops. Mostly friendly staff. Towels were very clean Reception had been revamped which was nice. Creaky floorboards Slamming of doors Noisy even though we requested a quiet room. The room we stayed in was very basic, it could do with a different mattress was too soft when you laid on it hit the base of the bed. The car park situation needs to be looked at. We returned from a day out to a wedding that had taken place and when i asked where i could park i was told i would have to use the ncp car park and i was a resident, yet the guests parked ! Don't think it is really fair. They need to have someone monitoring the car park when events like this take place, so residents have a car park space. It does state on their notice of car park for residents only and a £75 fine for non residents seems like this is not the case! The spa area could do with a good clean! We used the pool etc and there were towels/robes laying all over the ladies changing area. We arrived to find no one on reception in the spa area, so we just let ourselves in. Some parts of the pool are very rusty.

The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. A very good hotel for the money with excellent and attentive staff. The only down side for us was that we ordered 2 salads at 6p.m.We were going to a concert. By 6.50 they had not arrived so we had to leave for the concert and ate the salads at 10.20p.m.!! However the manager was very apologetic and sympathetic and did not charge us for the salads. This event would NOT put us off staying at this hotel again.

The staff were superb. The rooms were small for more than 2 nights. Noise insulation was poor. I would recommend to business men but not to holiday makers. They were obviously very successful for celebrations etc.
