Did not like the fact that our room did not have a shower. It had a bath with hand held shower head. The majority of people shower these days, was disappointed in this. |

The sauna, and the pool were the highlight of the hotel and the bed was well comfy. The bedroom (superior) was very dated and also the bathroom had a 1970's style to it which wasn't nice. Hotel itself very behind the times and the staff in the health suite weren't very helpful or welcoming and didn't show us around the facilities. |

Just down the road from my meeting at the BIC. Reasonable distance from The Square and shopping. |

The location was excellent for the town and beach. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were all very helpful. The evening meal menu could have been changed at least once during our stay. The room was classed as superior but, apart from having a (small) balcony, it was no better than some budget rooms we have stayed in. The bathroom was rather dated! |

I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna, the staff are very friendly except that who works is the swimming pool. I didn't like the bathroom, coz it s tiny and uncomfortable. |

The hotel was well situated for town centre and beach, also near entertainment venues - excellent for a short break. Very nice and spacious room, clean and comfortable. Parking was good also. Would recommend to anyone. Nothing we can think of. |

The Food & service and general ambiance of hotel was exellent I did not like the room we were allocated, we paid extra for a superior room it should have been a beautifully decorated as your description, but was basic with a fully kitted out disabled bathroom looked more like a room in a private clinic, I feel more care should be taken in ensuring rooms you book are as specified. |

I got a great room with a fantastic view, and I was very impressed that the hotel found and returned my electric toothbrush once I'd realised that I'd left it.... great service from a friendly team of staff |

I thought the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only problem in my room was that I could not open the window. Apart from that everything was very good. |
