Clean, lovely breakfast, good location. Restaurant staff very good. Some areas could do with an refurb but it seemed that this was in process as work was being carried out in Health Club. Some staff a bit unfriendly |

I spent a relaxing couple of days with my sister catching up on our respective families,Christmas shopping, eating excellent food in the resturantand going to the theatre. we also used the SPA facilities, swimming, sitting in the steam room and sauna. This was our second visit to this hotel and we are already planning our next stay. The only minor observation I had was that the TV in the room was on a low table so it was difficult for viewing. As I said this was a minor problem and did not detract from such a pleasant stay. |

Great breakfast, all the food was fresh and hot, shame I had to make my own toast. The leisure facilities were good particularly as it was raining. Would have been good to have a shower in the bedroom. |

Did not like the fact that our room did not have a shower. It had a bath with hand held shower head. The majority of people shower these days, was disappointed in this. |

The breakfast that was included in the room was great value....good food, plenty of choice The family room were occupied had very old decor and not updated but it was comfortable and clean. Our windows opened up over the parking lot and there is a dance club right across the street so there was lots of noise well into the night. When I put in my perimeters into the booking page (2 adults one child) , and it came up family room, i booked that but when i came up on the booking it displayed one person in the room.when we got to the hotel, they put us in a small room with one bed and then when we went to say we had the family room booked, they charged us an extra 10 pds for the family room, but I wasn't going to agrue at 10pm at night. hotel is removed from the centre of the town where everything is..... |

The staff were so helpful especially the reception and restaurant The rooms were a little tired and in need of an upgrade, but this did not spoil the stay. |

The sauna, and the pool were the highlight of the hotel and the bed was well comfy. The bedroom (superior) was very dated and also the bathroom had a 1970's style to it which wasn't nice. Hotel itself very behind the times and the staff in the health suite weren't very helpful or welcoming and didn't show us around the facilities. |

The location was excellent for the town and beach. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were all very helpful. The evening meal menu could have been changed at least once during our stay. The room was classed as superior but, apart from having a (small) balcony, it was no better than some budget rooms we have stayed in. The bathroom was rather dated! |

I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna, the staff are very friendly except that who works is the swimming pool. I didn't like the bathroom, coz it s tiny and uncomfortable. |

The hotel was well situated for town centre and beach, also near entertainment venues - excellent for a short break. Very nice and spacious room, clean and comfortable. Parking was good also. Would recommend to anyone. Nothing we can think of. |
