Prompt courtesy bus service, We arrived after the restaurant closed but staff made us sandwiches. comfortable, well presented room. English breakfast is one of the best we have had. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again, |

Convenience to Gatwick Airport. We stayed here one night during a transfer at Gatwick. The hotel was pleasant and convenient. The family rooms with bunk beds were good for our family |

Good food quality and presentation rather noisy as my room was by the reception and kitchen with the accompanying sounds of telephones and conversations easily remedied with earplugs! |

The airport pickup was prompt and so was the transfer back to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice also there was no shortage of good TV channels which is good if you like me are just stopping over and just want to rest before continuing your trip the next day. |

The meals were hearty english fare and the included full english breakfast was great. The free airport transfers were very handy. I was 1 person staying in a triple room so for my experience it was a large room with modern bathroom. Facilities were clean. Good for a short stopover. The heating was turned off too early and the cold set in quickly. The bedlinen and curtains were probably themed to 'country charm' but it felt more like someone's unused spare room. If they were updated or neutral it would be nicer. Its a fair walk from the train station if you were visiting London |

Really liked the free breakfast and the shuttle to the airport very good service. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise where my room was situated behind the laundry and near kitchen areas so it was hard to sleep. |

The room, bar and breakfast were great. They also have 24 hour shuttle to the airport which a lot of hotels do not. They were very under staffed and service was very slow. |

The pick-up service is a great asset! Really nice to be looked after arriving late at the airport. The staff were kind, friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was great, the price good, and the proximity to the airport excellent for our purpose, which was a stop over. The room with ensuite facilities was lovely, and the rate was really good. (..Eventually, the carpet in the room could possibly do with an upgrade) |

I am an old client of them.My stay there coincides with the win in a raffle, of a Jaguar car the draw being held whilst sleeping at lunch time, whilst waiting for my eve flight to Athens Greece.Consider them lucky.Good for stopover after late arrival in order to continue.Bathroom clean and modern(What a weary traveller needs)room quite small(confortable for a nites sleep though)They must have spent quite a bit of money to renovate,Nice outside environment in idyllic village.Close to airport.More budget room price particularly for such a small single room. More appropriate. Havent been in Double room,My email to them never replied.Good for its purpose.Breakfast average. Good for stopover to take breath,to continue.Prices in big hotels though are getting lower and I am afraid this could be a detterant in future.Short stay no time to dislike sthing.Confi bed and good bathroom the basics were ok.Room too too small for price. |

Mostly very friendly helpful staff. Convenient, and really liked the courtesy of the transport to the airport. Food was nice and hot. Our bathroom smelled and I think it needed a really good clean. In addition, the toilet seat was unstable. |

Comfy with free transfers to and from Gatwick. One member of staff was grumpy and rude which spoiled our visit. However, the others were great. |
