Staff friendly and helpful, food excellent. Paying for Internet connection. Main bar area rather tired. Bathroom new, but shower not screened and flooded floor.

I really enjoyed my stay the the craighaar hotel, I thought the rooms where very clean and tidy. I liked the lay out of the room and use of the television. Bathroom and shower was very clean.

Clean room, clean sheets, hot water, heating and a wake up call. All I needed and it was all there. £3.25 for a pint of lager is the only thing I didnt like

Very good staff, all of which were friendly. Nice food and nice breakfast. Near the airport which is great. Will use this hotel again. Great bar and barman.

It was close to the airport although difficult to find. It really needs a courtesy shuttle service that is easy to access from the airport.

This hotel is close to the airport. There is a nice area to walk up through some gardening plots and around homes. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very nice, but not too fancy. Warm and inviting wait staff. I also appreciated the free shuttle ride to the airport the next morning. (They do not have a shuttle service from the airport, but taxi cost approx. 8 pounds to 9 pounds)

The reason I chose the hotel was its proximity to Aberdeen airport and the provision of a courtesy bus. The driver was on holiday so I had to pay for a taxi. I think the hotel should have made this clear on their website.

I really liked the room I was given this time (15) as it had a separate sitting area. The bathroom is very modern with an excellent shower.

Receptionisrt he was very helpful. It was very cold. Next door's people snored badly so couldn't sleep. Also renovation around a reception area's smell was bad. I didn't like that. I feel regret because I took my friend there. (I booked two rooms.)
