The bar restaurant has now closed forcing all patrons to use the formal restaurant and temperature of the plates at meal times was far too hot, even with a verbal warning from the waiter. The showers empty directly on the bathroom floor meaning there is nowhere dry to towel off. |

We received a warm welcome, had a very good evening meal, an excellent night's sleep and one of the best breakfasts ever. The shower was not of the high quality of the rest of the hotel |

Staff were friendly and bedrooms clean. Breakfast was very good with enough choice for anyone. There is not enough wardrope space in bedroom especially if staying for more then 2 nights. Also thought evening meals were a bit pricey. |

The hotel's public areas were good. Unfortunately my stay was on the hottest day ever in Aberdeen so the bedroom was stifling. Leaving the window open did, at least, allow some circulation of air but the proximity to the airport meant I had an unpleasantly early wake up as the Amsterdam flight roared past. Hotel staff were very helpful & pleasant. |

The bathrooms had been recently furnished which was of an extremely good standard and the bar/restaurant areas were very good The bed was extremely poor. Springs showing through the matress and was very uncomfortable. The pillows smelt old and so gave an uncofortable feel....Shame, because the rest of the hotel was very good |

Warm athmosphere, nicely decorated facilities, good pub meals, good service, excellent location just close to the Dyce Airport. In fact, everything was excellent but modest and cold bathroom in executive double room. |

Staff were excellent - All my group loved their food and really rated both the menu & the wine list (especially the wine list, as the group are in drinks trade..!) |

Das Badezimmer war sehr modern, obwohl etwas zu klein. Es war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alles war gut zubereitet. Eine Empfangsdame an Reception war nicht besonders freundlich, keine Begrüßung, keine richtige Verabschiedung. Etwas trocken und nicht besonders willkommen. Die Decke auf dem Bett war einfach ecklig, schmutzig und dünn. Wir haben im Schrank eine weitere Decke gefunden, sehr alt und mit Löcher, aber wenigstens nicht ganz ecklig. Wenn man Wäscheservice in Anspruch nehmen möchte, muss man aufpassen, weil es wird jedes Teil (Socken, Slips usw.) getrennt berechnet. Die Procedere ist auch etwas kompliziert. |
