Good location with short taxi ride from airport. Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner. Really friendly staff. Good wifi connection.
A bit pricey but seems to be par for the area and cost is probably outweighed by proximity to airport.
Close to airport Good food selection Comfortable room
Close to airport
Excellent evening meal. Definitely cheap for Aberdeen.
Rooms and bed not huge. Breakfast very average.
Food in the restaurant was excellent , I had a superior room Decor and facilities in room were superb, with an adjoining lounge area. Manager and staff couldnt do enough to help us, drew maps each day for us, and helped us with everything we needed. i would highly recommend this hotel.
Food was of a good standard and the staff were very helpful.
Severe weather had left the road partially flooded making my taxi late
Every thing bar the Bed would have helped if it had a topper on it???
The bed was worn out.
liked everything about the hotel
poor wifi , could not get connected
Location, parking facilities, bar, dining room, reception and staff.
Bedroom was OK, but bed and covers were not. No duvets, just heavy old blankets and squeaky bed.
Friendly staff provide a no nonsense welcome and promptly administer details
Lovely, homey hotel away from home.
Hot breakfast not served at the table, rather had to request for it from table menu. As there were no staff around when I entered the breakfast room, this was not immediately evident to me until a little bit later on.
Restaurant and bar were both modern and stylish
Bedroom a bit faded and a door to adjoining meant could hear next door guest as if in same room
Friendly clean . Great breakfast
Nice hotel, good bar, clean rooms, good breakfast. Better than I expected for a 3* hotel will defo use again
Bed far too hard and I like a firm bed
From the friendly welcome to the considered goodbye enquiring as to our stay and possible return and everything else in between was of the highest standard. Last but certainly not least.......the food was to die for!! Thank you to all at the Craighaar who made our weekend very special.
Very clean, menu good, staff pleasant, recently redecorated, good bar, easy to find, plenty of parking, room large/pleasant ,
Noise - it's close to the airport so you hear a lot of planes, didn't bother me however take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
Comfortable, well decorated, warmly feel to the hotel. Breakfast was good
Very slow, intermittent internet. Although a lot of money has been spent on the interior decoration, some money needs to be spent on sound proofing the windows in the rooms - as there is excessive noise from passing aircraft.
Close proximity to the airport Good parking facilities Friendly reception staff Quality of food in the restaurant
Tables are way too small in the restaurant. Often had to go looking for staff to serve in the bar area Strong smell of some chemical on the first floor landing near room 42, it smelt like thinners but was very strong
Great place to stay newly refurbished and excellent meal. Would definitely go back again the staff were very attentive without being obtrusive. Had lovely breakfast in morning as well.really enjoyed new bathroom as done in wet room style.
Can't really fault it without sounding petty, only hiccup was the omission of towels in room but once informed staff hastily rectified this.
Too near to the heliport; helicopters arrive regularly until late at night and start early in the morning and are very loud.
The size of the bed, no hair dryer.
Very nice staff
window view- brick wall bottle of water costs 4 pounds!!! very expensive
I was given a suite which had an interesting layout on wo floors. Convenience of car parking.
Great food and friendly staff. Good wifi.
Bathroom and shower was lovely.
There were no side lamps and one switch operated lights above both beds.(twin room) This made it difficult for one to read while other slept.
Nice room, very nice bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. Staff extremely friendly.
