The hotel's public areas were good. Unfortunately my stay was on the hottest day ever in Aberdeen so the bedroom was stifling. Leaving the window open did, at least, allow some circulation of air but the proximity to the airport meant I had an unpleasantly early wake up as the Amsterdam flight roared past. Hotel staff were very helpful & pleasant. |

The bathrooms had been recently furnished which was of an extremely good standard and the bar/restaurant areas were very good The bed was extremely poor. Springs showing through the matress and was very uncomfortable. The pillows smelt old and so gave an uncofortable feel....Shame, because the rest of the hotel was very good |

Warm athmosphere, nicely decorated facilities, good pub meals, good service, excellent location just close to the Dyce Airport. In fact, everything was excellent but modest and cold bathroom in executive double room. |

Staff were excellent - All my group loved their food and really rated both the menu & the wine list (especially the wine list, as the group are in drinks trade..!) |

Excellent breakfast selection. Staff helpful. Not as close as I'd anticipated to Aberdeen airport. The hotel runs a complimentary minibus to the airport on weekdays but not on Saturday which is when I needed it. |

This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. Food is excellent. Will be booking again for our next trip to aberdeen. |
