Clean room, clean sheets, hot water, heating and a wake up call. All I needed and it was all there. £3.25 for a pint of lager is the only thing I didnt like

It was close to the airport although difficult to find. It really needs a courtesy shuttle service that is easy to access from the airport.

This hotel is close to the airport. There is a nice area to walk up through some gardening plots and around homes. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very nice, but not too fancy. Warm and inviting wait staff. I also appreciated the free shuttle ride to the airport the next morning. (They do not have a shuttle service from the airport, but taxi cost approx. 8 pounds to 9 pounds)

Double room was ok for our one night stay, but would have been disappointingly small for any longer.

The reason I chose the hotel was its proximity to Aberdeen airport and the provision of a courtesy bus. The driver was on holiday so I had to pay for a taxi. I think the hotel should have made this clear on their website.

I really liked the room I was given this time (15) as it had a separate sitting area. The bathroom is very modern with an excellent shower.

Receptionisrt he was very helpful. It was very cold. Next door's people snored badly so couldn't sleep. Also renovation around a reception area's smell was bad. I didn't like that. I feel regret because I took my friend there. (I booked two rooms.)

All the staff were well trained and polite at all times. The suite that we booked was in very good condition and the facilities all worked! The dressing gowns were a very nice personal touch. We ate supper there and the food was excellent. Only thing that let it down was breakfast the following day - we went for the full scottish and it seemed that although hot, was like the sausages had just been heated up? But in all very happy.

“Lovely room . We stayed in the Passionata Suite and had view of the harbour. Reason for our trip was our Ruby wedding and convenience as we were booked on Orient Express trip from aberdeen station which was just accross the road. We ate in the hotel and food was exceptional and staff very attentive and friendly.” Dorothy, Inverness |
