They didn't have the single room I booked available so I got a double which was good. A couple of the staff were ver friendly but others were not. All in all it was a satisfying stay. The front looks just like a house and there were work vans parked in the very small car park. The fridge is literally touching the radiator which is never good and the position of the tv isn't ideal because its partially hidden behind the built in wardrobe.

Good location to where I was visiting. Easy to get to. Cheap basic accomodation. Comfortable. You get what you pay for and this is reflected in the Hotel. Different pages on their web pages tel you different things. Breakfast is mentioned on the main web page but doesnt say that this is excluded from the price, one web page says breakfast is £5-00, another page says it is £7-50. On arrival I asked what the dining arrangements were and was told in no uncertain terms 'No Breakfast, it is room only' I assumed that the Hotel no longer did breakfast and so was surprised to see a menu in my room and on exiting the Hotel I saws the dining room. I was prepared to pay for breakfast and this was my reason for asking about dining arrangements. I really couldnt be bothered to persue it.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were situated in a room right at the top of the hotel/guesthouse. There was a terrible smell of damp in the whole hotel and the general cleanliness was of a poor standard. The bed was large but uncomfortable and the bathroom not as clean as we expected. This hotel really should be renamed a guesthouse for backpackers. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never return! The staff were pleasant enough but the hotel was dated, dirty and smelt terrible!!!!

Harrow is a friendly and cosy suburban part of greater London. We felt safe and comfortable, it was great to get there back after the days in central London. The room was big enough and clean, we loved it.

The staff were kind, helpful and expecting me. I really wanted a place near a meeting and a bed for the night. The room was clean and warm. Ideal for my needs. I was given a double room which was good of them. The single room would not have been as good value for money. The Wifi could be upgraded but it works for a bed and go offering.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and large, tv was modern, bed was comfortable, room was warm, good shower/toilet facilities. Location is 1 minute walk from Harrow shopping centre and cinema complex. This is not a Hotel by any stretch of the imagination, it's a large b&b in the middle of a busy residential terraced housing street. If advertised as a b&b I'd have no problem, but I was expecting a hotel so was initially a bit shocked (I drove past it three times looking for it!). I think legally the definition of hotel has been stretched here, the number of rooms (a lot) is probably how they get away with calling it one. But that would be all. Having said that it was a good place to stay an would stay again!

Stayed at the hotel at the weekend. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Harrow on the Hill. Check in and out are very convenient. Check in can be done even past midnight and check out is at 11AM. Our room a small double en-suite was comfortable and acceptably clean although cleanliness may be improved together with the room décor. The toilet / shower room was modern and clean and included basin and shower soap although not a shower cap (which you may need as the shower head is fixed). Staff are the selling point. The 2 gentlemen that welcome me were warm and friendly and so was the lady that helped us with internet access in the morning. I would definitely recommend and return.

It was clean and cheap and close to Harrow tube station, other than that I wouldn't stay here again. It felt like I was in someone's home and not in a good way. The staff and owner at reception. We arrived at the hotel around 20.30, check in was from 14.00- 23.00 but the hotel had left messages on my phone reminding me of the booking. When we got there we were told their card reader did not work and we were asked if we could go to the cash point to get cash. I thought this was extremely cheeky to expect us to go at that time to get cash even though it it was their fault I couldn't use my card. They agreed to let us pay the next day before noon. However the next day they rang 3 times in the morning under the presence of finding out if we needed anything and if we slept well before eventually asking for their money. When we checked out the owner barely acknowledged us and immediately went up to inspect the room. Honestly, don't stay here if you like feeling comfortable and welcome.

Despite booking a breakfast as advertised was telephoned two days prior to the booking date to say this would not be available. As it was a non refundable booking had no alternative but to accept. Not really suitable for people with mobility problems as staircases narrow and steep and no lift

Courteous welcoming staff. Quiet, small room at back of Hotel overlooking large well-kept gardens. Great to have off-street parking. Ideal for visiting student daughter at University of Westminster Harrow Campus. Good stretch of eateries along the main road in Harrow, I would book again for similar visit.

The staff was nice, it was extremely convenient to all shopping and the tube. The price could not be beat for the shared bathroom rooms. Once I got over the fact that I had a picked the cheapest place I could find, it was fine. I could not find anything close to the value of the place. They had free wifi which seems to be rare around london for some reason. Kind of run down. I picked a shared bathroom, so I had a space that was barely larger then my wingspan. The cleaning crew seemed to skip me the first day, then take care of my room the second day when I told then not to bother since I was leaving the following morning. They don't seem to know dusting though. The Television had 4 channels on it, but that got me out and about pretty quickly. This is not your luxurious stay, but for the price and location it is a great value. The credit card machine was out also, which seemed odd, so he asked to pay in cash which just started me out suspicious being a foreigner, but in the end they were nice people, I laid my head down in the place, and I got out when I woke up.

A very nice welcome by the staff--we had a lovely dinner delivered as a special favour. Much appreciated. The way the electric water heater is installed straight under the shower-- to my understanding it is simply dangerous! Also, we stayed there to take the Tube to the centre but the Metropolitan line was not running so it was actually a money not well spent.
