The central location and on the sea front with ease of access to all amenities in the local area was a big plus. The staff were excellent despite being busy and under pressure. We found them pleasant and obliging at all times. The food was excellent. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay..a big thank you to the Hotel and staff. Possible issues with parking...but not for us!!! We had booked 2 rooms one was small but adequate. |

We had wonderful weather on our stay so we were able to use the very good facilities poolside. The lounge had very comfortable furniture and was able to relax and enjoy the ambience. The lift is very small so taking luggage up was rather difficult. The music played in the bar and pool area needs to be more varied. |

I liked the decor and the look of the hotel, as well as the location and the pool. Very friendly staff and proper sauages at the breakfast unlike other big chain hotels.:) I would have been nice to have wi-fi or internet in the rooms. |

Rooms were basic but comfortable, main areas well refurbished in art-deco style. Interesting and unusual hotel. |

Good food. Pleasant uncrowded swimming pool with adequate seating. No feeling of being hurried. Good location. Bar prices (£1.40 for a small coke!) |

I wanted to stay at this redecorated and relaunched hotel, based on their web site. I think I was booted next door to make room for newly booked guests. They booted a number of guests, two of whom were there on a reservation made in March by their daughter for the Father's birthday. Shameful ! I was booted to the next door hotel. In the transfer, my suitcase was broken for which I got no compensation. The hotel room in the sister hotel next door overlooked a car park, was very hot, and had the noises of bottles being discarded on a regular basis. I did not have a good stay. I should be compensated for my suitcase. I think they broke their contract to me for my booking. |

The attitude and willingness to help of the reception staff was good, as was the service in the restaurant. Dim lighting in the lounges. |

The brunch on sunday beside the pool is quite nice, good atmosphere. The cot was ready in the room before we arrive. Unfortunately I had a bad experience in this hotel. Firstly, the bedrooms very noisy caused by people on upper floors when they moved across the rooms, terrible sound! They are also quite hot, not air conditioning and the windows don’t open too much. TV is very old and only 3 channels. There is only one tiny lift, so in busy moments is quite difficult to get into it. The breakfast is pretty poor. |

The Sea-view room we were allocated was great. Fantastic view and a balcony to sit on and drink our coffee in the mornings. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the music and cocktails by the pool on the Sunday afternoon/ evening. |
