Score from 599 reviews Very good
Even though it was an economy room,it was lovely-light clean and bright--one of the best nights sleep weve ever had on holiday
The view from the room wasnt the best but then we paid for an economy room during high season- we are certainly not going to mark them down for such a small thing when everything else was lovely
lobby breakfast stuff was very kind and helpful
bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. rooms (which i change twice in 1 night) very noisy.
excellent alacarte restaurant aand not outrageously expensive
Lovely sea view
Room was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Floor boards were very creaky could hear them very loudly from the room above. You could hear every conversation very clearly from rooms ether side
We were very lucky that the weather was exceptional, for all the world it was like being on the Mediterranean only better we were in England with very good English food. We are already looking at going back soon.
Having to leave this wonderful resort, but hey it is only two hours drive away.
Hotel is mid way between Boscombe and Bournemouth piers ...great access to seafront and 15 mins to town centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable.
New mattress needed
Helpfull staff, great breakfast, luxurious lounge and restaurant.
There is only one lift and its tiny so unfortunately it didnt fit in our buggy.
Really nice public rooms, location, polite and efficient reception and breakfast staff.
As a late arrival I was disappointed with the room service menu which was limited to cold sandwiches. The room service number remained unanswered for a long time and the order was hard to place. It felt like an inconvenience.. The bedrooms and upper corridors are tired and in need or refurbishment. Bathroom was very dated.
The pool and terrace area and the glitz!
Bedroom and bathroom needs updating.
The lesuire facilities Close to town (as long as your don't mind a steep walk back) Room size for a family was very good
Not sure I would recommend for a family break - not really child friendly Rooms at the back are very noisy especially at weekends so lots of broken sleep
Really good front of house, restaurant and staff were excellent
Wasn't warned about live music
Breakfast ; Ventana restaurant ; Bar and lounge ; Outdoor pool ; All of the staff
Having to go home !?
We were given an upgrade as we had a birthday in our party, this was a seaview room with a marvellous balcony very nice indeed, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good
We would have liked to sit by the pool with our dog, but apart from that, everything else was excellent. We will be going back
Friendly and helpful staff Room size Cleanliness Facilities Dining options
No heat control in your room Very basic toiletries
Location good. Public areas good
The housekeeping was poor. The decor in the rooms does not match the public areas and are in need of a refurb.
The Art Deco decor The food was very good.
Toilet roll holder in awkward position Old fashioned shower unit Small pillows for size of bed Creaky noisy floor boards above ceiling
The decoration of the bar, restaurant and downstairs areas of the hotel particulary. The food was good and the outdoor heated pool. Location was good of hotel and liked the background chilled out music. Majorityof staff helpful
Noisy person next room , had to complain to reception and he sorted it.
Swimming pool was great and the lounge area around the pool was comfortable. Food was very good. Service excellent.
Noisy person, in the room above ours, walking about excessively at midnight, Breakfast table clearing slow.

hot and cold water tap - difficult to regulate to right temperature; weak wifi in room 414
This hotel is just brilliant. Nice rooms nice decor and the staff are attentive and always go out of their way to help. Breakfast was nice and plentiful and the restaurant first class. A real gem of a place it comes highly recommended.
Nothing to much really it's very hard to fault it.
The weather was good so we spent most of our week round the pool. Food not quite as good as our stay 6 weeks ago, maybe they have a new chef? but in all it was a very pleasant place to stay
The food in both restaurant was not as good as our last stay..
