The location was fantastic. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My girlfriend found the room to be very quaint. The room was in a courtyard with a window that leads into the room and that the cleaning staff tended to leave open. Additionally, there is no a/c, so you usually have to leave the window open at night during the summer, so it seems a bit unsafe.

Location location location!! Only 5 mins walk to Paddington Station & Underground. Though room is small, it's cozy & clean. Suitable for solo traveler. Fast free internet. Good breakfast.

Good quality furnishings and layout. Clean and well presented My room was in the courtyard on the ground floor. This is the first room I have been given my Best Western in which I have not been satified. The sound insulation between rooms was poor. I will look else where on my next trip to london, unless somehow I can be assured that I will not be placed in the courtyard. However I don't think this can be done on your web site.

The location and nothing else Rooms the size of a shoe box (and a small shoe box at that). No hot water for a 15 hour period. Limited heating. Room felt damp.

The reception staff was wonderful; very helpful with places to see and arranging tours. Very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very pretty, part of a long row of small hotels on a beautiful street and setting. Without asking, I was upgraded from a single room to a double when I registered. The room was very small but exceptionally clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a nice jazz bar where one could relax and food was available. 2 blocks from Paddington Station and the underground; quick trip to Heathrow. I highly recomment this hotel. I was surprised about the size of the double room. It was very small; would have been cramped for 2 people. But, the good things about the hotel overshadow this. Also, if it had been hot weather, not sure how comfortable the temperature of the room would have been, since there was no air conditioner, only a fan and a very small window with no screen or security.

Nice quiet area close to Paddington train station as well as the Heathrow Express - perfect for getting to and from Heathrow in the shortest possible time. Clean and neat - tea/coffee making facilities and free wi fi - a must for the traveller with their own laptop etc.

The hotel is based closed to Paddington Station so location is excellent. Staff are pleasant and helpful As a hotel for value for money it is very poor. Stayed in a single room at the front of the hotel. It was very noisy as there is no double glazing so hear all the noise from the main road so sleep was a minimum. Price was not value for money taking into account the very small size of the room and that there was no double glazing.

Location is very convenience to travel to city area, very near bus stop, train & eating place. Reception staff are very friendly & helpful. Do not have enough iron. Thus, unable to iron my clothes which are crumbled. Hope the hotel can improve on this.

I could not reach any miles for my Miles & More card. And even didn't get any point to my Best Western Card. I was using this hotel only because I have both of this Premia Card and often use only Best Western. Now I will think probably we use othe hotels.
