Good location, easy to find and simple to get into Chester centre. When full, would imagine car park is a liitle too small for number of guests |

Friendly welcome. Room too small for a double bed. Rather a run down look in general. |

Good value for money. This time I had a far better room including nice bathroom. The window handle of the room was broken, so I was not able to close the window properly. |

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The bedrooms and ensuite bathroom were very tired and shabby. In my room I had to put yellow pages books under the legs of the bed to raise the head up, as the floor had a step down where the floor had subsided. |

Room was clean and Tidy, beds comfy, facilities in room adequate for duration of stay. Breakfast was very good I found it noisy in the morning from 6.00 am when other residents were obviously getting up, but as there were ample signs about being considerate, this isn't anything the hotel can do more to stop. |
