A very warm welcome with a free drink! Very helpful, friendly and approachable staff. Overall a very nice stay, except the electric heater kept turning on and off throughout the night making some clicks. But would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff couldn't have done enough for us. I attended a party which went on to the very early hours of the morning. A family run hotel with a great friendly feeling.

We received a really good welcome from a gentleman in reception. It was a very cold frosty evening when we arrived and when we were shown to our bedroom there was no heat on at all and the window was open about 6 inches. We felt very cold for a long time and kept our coats on. The mattress was lumpy - but have slept in worse beds! At breakfast time we had a cup of warm tea which had obviously been made a long time. My husband had to go into the kitchen to find someone to ask for a fresh cup of tea. We were very cold and when we felt the radiator - that too was cold.

Seems I was the only guest that night at the hotel. Hotel has free wifi which is good. Food was ok. The gentlemen serving the beer at the bar was pleasant as well. The hotel is a good value for money place for a short stay in Bradford. Location close to Lister park is good as it distracts a bit from the otherwise depressing atmosphere of the town. Access by bus to Leeds-Bradford airport is excellent. Not sure if it was a result of me being the only guest but the place was freezing cold. Promised start for Breakfast was 8h00 in the morning however I had to find someone in the kitchen at 8h15 to actually make breakfast but once sorted out service was fast. Side note and not the hotel's fault: Why anyone would want to go to Bradford apart if he absolutely had to for doing business is beyond my understanding. Bradford is a dump and probably the most dire place I've visited in my life. And the run down areas start right next to otherwise lovely Lister Park.

Friendly efficient staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Good food beautifully presented, very pleasant restaurant with White linen tablecloths. Warm bedrooms, very tasteful decor. High standard all round. Would certainly visit again. Thankyou to the staff at the DUBROVNIK HOTEL. Shirley Littler. Chester.

The hospitality was fantastic. We were given an upgrade to our room by the hotel due to an error made by booking.com. We had not booked breakfast but had a fantastic last minute breakfast at amazing value for money. The room was cold and had only be provided with items for one person, ie. One towel one cup etc. Wehn we tried to phone reception there was no answer.

Lovely hotel, very helpful friendly staff. Would stay again under different conditions - i.e. not on a party night! But I must say that if I had realised there was a Christmas party going on that night I would have stayed elsewhere. My son (7) and I retired at 945am as we had an early start, breakfast was promised at 730am. I was woken up at 11pm by the disco which had oviously cranked the volume to full - finally got to sleep at 1:15pm once Rick Astley had finished crooning... To add insult to injury the breakfast did not start until 8am which resulted in a big rush to get to our destination. The above was applicable to all of our party of ten people... In my opinion, we should have had a discounted price as the noise and subsequent comfort level were fine if your were drunk but for a family it was borderline... (nobody explained there was a big party on when I booked).

Room was big, stylish and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We went with friends to a christmas party. The 5 course Evening Dinner was beautiful, service was excellent. Couldn't fault anything. : ). The room was too cold for me and although the heating was put back on when I requested, I personally was still cold. When I went back to reception, a member of staff immediately took a portable heater straight up to the room. So this is not a complaint, jus request a heater if you feel the cold more than the average person.

The welcome was very warm, the room basic but comfortable. I am a wheelchair user and required a bath rather than shower cubicle, and although the bathroom was accessible for me (I can walk a few steps) it was too small for a wheelchair. I was given the choice of another, adapted bathroom but was told that had no shower over the bath, so perhaps the owners should consider installing a shower in that bathroom. The bathroom we had was a little tired looking, but functional. The food was excellent, and all staff very friendly & helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and well equiped. The Wi Fi connection was very useful as I was able to work in my room. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and noithing was too much trouble. It had a very nice family feel, but with the type of extras you expect from a chain. The food was very good, I had dinner there, with large portions well cooked. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I found everyone to be very pleasant and the hotel was fine for business but it felt tired. The restaurant was very hit and miss. For example I had Tai green curry (tasty but watery), lamb shank (nice mash but bland meat), fish and chips (fantastic gourmet quality) and pepperoni pizza (awful on a cheap ready made biscuit base). Breakfast was fine. Rooms were fine if rather cold as they have a policy of leaving the windows open (even if your heater has been left on). You get to your room and its always freezing so you have to close them and turn on the heater but by this time your bed is cold. Overal - very pleasant and good value but in my view could do better.
