We found the staff very helpful with where to visit, and also the hotel very excellent, clean and well presented rooms. Was a nice walk to the main shopping areas and resturants close by were excellent. Would recommend it to friends and family and wil be going again. |

Staff were exemplary, considerate and very helpful; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Although room was small, it suited my needs. Both room and en-suite very clean. Bed comfortable. Also very handy to Airport bus-stop. Breakfast very good. |

Friendly, helpful staff; good full Scottish breakfast; large, comfortable room. Very convenient for Haymarket station and only a short walk to Princes Street. Minor niggles: only one teabag, no bath/shower gel, poor reception on TV. |

Very good breakfast. Convenient for Haymarket railway station. Staff polite and unobtrusive. Parking was awkward to reach (one-way systems and roadworks, plus unclear instructions). |

Beautifully presented , privately owned and run city centre hotel made up of two fully modernised, charming, historical "B" listed Victorian town houses, where the emphasis is quality accommodation,... |
At the east end of Princes Street, this historic hotel offers urban glamour and modern comfort. The castle, Scott Monument, Holyrood Palace and shopping districts are close by. |
This recently refurbished Georgian town house is situated in the city centre of Edinburgh, and offers friendly, relaxed guest house accommodation for a comfortable stay. |
Ben Craig House is situated in Edinburgh, the heart of Scotland's capital. Not only do we welcome those on a more leisurely break but also the business user. |
