Clean and quiet and easy to reach. The cooked breakfasts were excellent and there were plenty of tea, coffee, milk n sugar in the room considering it was an overnight stay. The hairdryer was placed in front of the bedroom dressing table where they all should be!

My teenage son and I loved our stay. Remus was very helpful and made sure we knew our way around town and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. Breakfast was wonderful and provided a number of cold and hot menu choices. The location is perfect for walking around Edinburgh (about 20 minutes to Prince Street) and is a block from the Haymarket Railway Station. Another big bonus is the fact that the hotel is one block away from the 24 hour Airlink airport bus shuttle stop. We will definitely stay here again.

A small refrigerator in the room would be lovely.

We had a lovely, large room facing the yard, so it was very quiet. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Our host couldn't have been nicer. Our bags had been delayed and he personally brought them up to our room very late at night. Breakfast was generous. The location is terrific; a quiet neighborhood, but right near the train station, so the city is just minutes away by train, or a pleasant 20 minute walk. There are some very good restaurants in close walking distance, too.

This lovely old guest-house is very clean. It is located close to Haymarket Station and the bus routes to the city and airport. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

The room was amazing - huge and really comfortable. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information and advice. The Breakfast was yummy with a huge choice available! The hotel is 1 minute away from the bus stop which goes to and from the airport, and there are plenty of buses into town if you dont fancy a leisurely 20 minute stroll...I would certainly stay here again (in fact I plan to go back next year!!)

Attention of Remus was excellent, food excellent, other guests very pleasant and friendly a nice atmosphere.

we got very good infomations, about were to go to eat, what to see and how to do different things, very good service from the mand who showed us the room, and so on. It was very clean, but the beds were not good.

I didn`t like the bed.. it was very hard, and seems very used
