Clean and adequate hotel for a short stay at city centre. There is no elavator which makes it difficult to carry luggages upstairs. And there seems to be no one around to help in this matter! |

The good hearty breakfast was most welcome. The room was nice and cosy. Any problems were quikly dealt with. A longer breakfast time would be helpful |

Friendliness of staff and good value for money. For a hotel in this price bracket, the Euro Hotel is the best I have stayed in in London. Nothing springs to mind. |

The friendly small hotel atmosphere along with all the quality and service of a big hotel. We could not believe how quiet Cartwright Gardens is when it is in such a good central city location. |

I appreciated the very helpful reception. The location is excellent, my single room with shared facilities was relatively spacious. Good value. |

Very functional in good location and outstanding value for money. Bit like a university hall of residence, but fine for an overnight stay. I would certainly stay there again. Young staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very small and 2 toilets and showers to be shared but that was made clear and was ok for the money |

I thought the staff efficient and helpful. There are no lifts so it is unsuitable unless a ground-floor room is available (which may be very noisy at night due to happy youth returning from pub). |

Primarily it was at the location I wanted but also it provided good value for money. I also liked the privacy of my downstairs room. There was no armchair in the room. |

The location is great! The area is really quiet, kind staff, good price (London is expensive) I don't like parquet, it's noisy but maybe that's something some english people love because there was parquet at the other hotel I stayed too. |

Room was clean, available at time stated on day of arrival, and no pressure to vacate before check-out time on day of departure. Free WiFi very welcome. |

Excellent Location. Only 5 mins walk from Euston Station Thought it was a bit expensive for what you got. Location is a key factor in the price charged |

Clean, bright - wooden floors, scandinavian feel - unlike the shabby furniture and fittings at some budget hotels. Cooked to order English breakfast. Single rooms are very small |

Excellent value for money, English breakfast served. Close to main line and tube stations around Kings Cross. Within walking distance of many eating outlets. There was no lift in the hotel and carrying luggage up 6 flights of stairs was not easy. |

Hotel met all my requirements: near British Museum and St. Pancras - in quiet (for London) square. Windows open which is a plus. Not luxury but more than adequate for several nights stay. Good breakfast. Place to leave luggage. Pleasant staff. What more do you need. |

Staff was very nice, and attentive. Always ready to help. Direct metro line to Heathrow. A lot of bus routes. Near the British Museum. A quiet street and quiet hotel. The great possibility to leave luggage after the check-out before the evening plane. Excellent breakfast. Very clean, though small room with park view, on the 1-st floor. I've chosen this hotel for location + rate + other guests' opinion. I'd like to stay there once more. |
