Clean, bright - wooden floors, scandinavian feel - unlike the shabby furniture and fittings at some budget hotels. Cooked to order English breakfast. Single rooms are very small |

Hotel met all my requirements: near British Museum and St. Pancras - in quiet (for London) square. Windows open which is a plus. Not luxury but more than adequate for several nights stay. Good breakfast. Place to leave luggage. Pleasant staff. What more do you need. |

Staff was very nice, and attentive. Always ready to help. Direct metro line to Heathrow. A lot of bus routes. Near the British Museum. A quiet street and quiet hotel. The great possibility to leave luggage after the check-out before the evening plane. Excellent breakfast. Very clean, though small room with park view, on the 1-st floor. I've chosen this hotel for location + rate + other guests' opinion. I'd like to stay there once more. |

Location, value for money, staff friendliness. Lack of elevator may be a problem for older people. Breakfast could have more variety, e.g. some yogurt, fruits, etc. |

Staff & hotel location good. Although London I thought it was expensive for what I would consider a budget (B&B) hotel, OK for 1 night. Would probably recommend for 1 night only if I couldn't find better. |

It was clean and comfortable. It worked for us on this trip. I would have liked a choice of fruit for breakfast and more than 2 slices of toast. As I am not a cooked breakfast person. |

my room was huge, splendid site-location and clean. I particularly like the small scale of the hotel. the location is ideal, even where I had to be for work in central london: there are buses around the corner to everywhere ! yes, I could have colided with the 'breakfast-nurse' . the woman serving me was a disgrace in service-provision, did not say a 'hello' or 'please' once. and I have deliberately chosen this hotel for it' s 'real english breakfast' . I found the breakfast rather poor. so sorry. |

The reception manager could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Located 2 minutes walk away from Euston station it was ideal for my 6 months pregnant sister as the hotel lets you leave your luggage with them prior to check-in and when you have checked out so that you do not have to keep it with you when you are walking around the city or pay the extortionate price of £8 per item at Euston station. The breakfast was lovely and the other staff were very pleasant despite some obvious language barriers. |

Staff was very helpful and attentive, responsive to all our concerns and needs. Great value in expensive London. Ideal location: close to direct tube from Heathrow; close to Euston/Pancras stations; near Brit Museum & other attractions and on a quiet street with park view. Very clean. |

this hotel was lovely and quiet yet just around the corner from eurostar, which was great, no need for taxi's or using underground before boarding for paris. no lifts for taking heavy suitcases up to the rooms and no offer of help to carry them up the flights of stairs from staff. |

Great location, close to Euston, Kings Cross and Russell Square. Lovely, helpful hotel staff. Full English breakfast available in pleasant dining room. Room had everything that was needed, plus good spacious ensuite and pleasant view over trees and tennis courts. Nice quiet area; only problem was having to walk up 3 flights of stairs - might be a problem for elderly. |

We needed to catch a train the next morning and were worried that we would not have time for breakfast, but a super breakfast was served very quickly and we caught our train. |

Excellent Breakfast. Beautiful location. Ideally placed for stepping off to the continent. As seniors (70+) we were a little disappointed with our room allocation - on the top floor. The room facilities were adequate but the room itself was on the small side. |
