I thought the receptionist was very warm and friendly despite being very busy. I thought that the room was unbearably hot and I consequently got up and drove back to Croydon at midnight. |

We were upgraded on arrival to one of the renovated rooms which was really good value. We were visiting relativs in Farnham which we will be doing again shortly and we would definitely use this hotel again. Good food very friendly staff clean and not far from our destination..A very good Nepalese restaurant about 20yards away as welll. |

Location of the hotel The rooms were looking very dated and the shower handle was off showing that you cpold not have a shower but overall it was ok for just one nights stay.Also there was only a very limited breakfast choice |

I liked the fact that my partner and I were upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra cost! The staff were extremely friendly, the room was decorated to a very high standard and the breakfast was delicious. In some hotels, you only get one cup of tea/coffee but the staff here were always asking if we wanted a re-fill. Overall, I would definately recommend this hotel. |

The staff were great and friendly. The bed was very comfortable The bathroom design was not practical. Due to the fixed shower screen, you had to get in the bath to turn the taps on and off! |

they take care of there custmer There is no aircondition in the hotel so the room was too hot , Shower was not working propley , when i tryed to open the window to get some air there was workers outsid my widow |

We found the area was perfect for our 2 night stay for some r & R. The reception/service was excellent, as was the breakfast. The location suited us, since we were cycling and explored the local cycle paths. We enjoyed the pub and Nepal resturant down the road. The bed in the room was too soft for our liking and rather sqeeky! |

Lovely food in the restaurant, although price a bit on the high side The hotel is still undergoing renovation work and the room that I was first offered was smelling horribly of paint and chemicals. Fortunately there was another room available. |

The staff were friendly. The bedroom was very old, the television emitted a high pitched noice when turned on. The bathroom light had no cover on it exposing all the wires and when turned on would take a minute to actually light up. The shower was poor with little pressure and temperature changing all the time. |

How welcoming it was and the staff were very helpful. The only thing i did not like was that the room i'd booked was extremely hot, however this was resolved and i was given another room which was not hoy at all. |

Breakfast was good This must be the only hotel in the world to have no scotish proprietry whiskies in stock, like bells, grouse, teachers etc., thats rediculous. As with most hotels, having foreign staff that do not understand much english is not a good advert and a pain for the customer. |

Everything was as expected. No probs but room was very warm. A more prominant external name display would be useful. An arrangement for early departures in the form of small breakfast pack (cereal) would be appreciated (especially on Sat and Sunday). |
