Great breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms. Very good value for money. Would stay there again. It's on the main street, so traffic noise a little problem but not so bad.

A good clean functional hotel. Good location for business in Farnborough. Polite attentive staff. Bathroom could have been a little bigger! A very large person may struggle!!

Room was comfortable, well equippedand warm. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good value especially as it was in with the room rate. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed to residents, as there was a function on. We had to travel out of the hotel for dinner. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking. There was nothing in the hotel information book in the rooms. to suggest that the restaurant wouldn't be available in the event of private functions taking place

Very polite, courteous staff and comfortable room. Value for money. We weren't very impressed with the breakfast. The bacon was dried up and hard and there was only scrambled egg which neither of us are very keen on.

Very warm, clean and cosy, even in an unrefurbished room. Superb value for money. Only minor, but I've never been offfered sausages OR bacon before at breakfast! Sausages were excellent though.

The staff was very cooperative and care the guest comfort. My flight from uk to other distination was about 9pm and I have to check out at 6pm as I am with my family. I appriciate there cooperation they did not charge me after check out time at 11am. I am a old man of 62 years and I feel its a great assistance of the hotel management that I stayed in hotel few hours with out charges other wise I have to spend this time at airport louge. .....I rearly appriciate the hotel staff from my heart. Once the hotel recognized the mistake that caused me to reschedule my day, they rectified it for me. I had stayed at the Falcon in March/April this year and rebooked online because it is a good economy hotel. However, I had booked a wake up call, but never received it and slept over due to jet lag. I missed an important part of my day and had to reschedule. The hotel at first just said sorry, but then the manager arranged for me to have breakfast even though the kitchen had closed. He also refunded my hotel bill. The manager said they had never missed a wake up call before that morning.

The room was too hot to sleep well unless you used the Ir conditioning in the room and then it was too noisy, so we had to sleep with the window open which I do didn't really like.

Difficult to find fault, especially with the price paid. We were in Rm 3 which although facing the road, and that bit noisier, it did provide great views of Farnborough airport. If pushed, one minor gripe was the lack of a shaving socket in the bathroom.

Overall room was fine but odd that at breakfast you were offered 2 slices of bacon or 2 sausages but not 1 of each. Disappointing that wifi was chargable since most hotels now have atleast one wireless router for their own use anyway. NOT SURE THE ROOM WAS 'DELUXE' AS AGAINST 'STANDARD' SEMED PRETTY ORDINARY TO ME.

Staff manners and service were excellent, as was food in the Landings restaurant and at breakfast. The basic double bedroom was spacious and well decorated (though some would find the decor dated) The bathroom was very small and, while essentially clean, as in definite need of re-decoration
