Great breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms. Very good value for money. Would stay there again. It's on the main street, so traffic noise a little problem but not so bad.

The room was very tired and dated... I know there are better rooms here. This room needs up dating and decorating. Room 30. Also gone are the days of blankets and sheets. Wi fi is also free in most hotels too? Seeing that the hotel has to have Internet and wi fi anyway I think it's really cheeky to charge for this facility especially as this is a business market hotel.

1. My flight was cancelled and because of that I arrived one day late and did not get refund 2. They asked me if I want internet service and charged me for 2x24 hrs instead 1x1 week which is cheaper

Clean and close to where I needed to be. The bar stayed open until midnight. There was no food on offer at all and I had to bring an indian takeaway upstairs (no plates), the pillows were really hard and the heating was on max. The continental breakfast was presented nicely but was a collection of tinned fruit, plastic cheese and dodgy pastry. Overall, fine if you can find a cheap deal.

The Hotel is located close to family and we have stayed there twice now. It is a friendly small hotel and at a very fair price. The price included breakfast which makes for a pleasant stay at an affordable price. There are ongoing improvements which whilst did slightly disturb our stay, however very good to see that they are investing on improvements. The bar is a little pricy but the service was friendly and efficient.

A very good value hotel. Heplful and friendly staff. Nice decor and comfortable room. Nicet breakfast and overall offers very good value for money. Very close to the aircraft museum !

The Breakfast was very good and the choice The room was old...and noisy...could hear the other guests very clearly...I Was cold as the Bed only had a sheet and thin blanket...I Used my Overcoat to put on the bed.

Room was comfortable, well equippedand warm. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good value especially as it was in with the room rate. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed to residents, as there was a function on. We had to travel out of the hotel for dinner. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking. There was nothing in the hotel information book in the rooms. to suggest that the restaurant wouldn't be available in the event of private functions taking place

Very polite, courteous staff and comfortable room. Value for money. We weren't very impressed with the breakfast. The bacon was dried up and hard and there was only scrambled egg which neither of us are very keen on.

Very warm, clean and cosy, even in an unrefurbished room. Superb value for money. Only minor, but I've never been offfered sausages OR bacon before at breakfast! Sausages were excellent though.

The staff was very cooperative and care the guest comfort. My flight from uk to other distination was about 9pm and I have to check out at 6pm as I am with my family. I appriciate there cooperation they did not charge me after check out time at 11am. I am a old man of 62 years and I feel its a great assistance of the hotel management that I stayed in hotel few hours with out charges other wise I have to spend this time at airport louge. .....I rearly appriciate the hotel staff from my heart. Once the hotel recognized the mistake that caused me to reschedule my day, they rectified it for me. I had stayed at the Falcon in March/April this year and rebooked online because it is a good economy hotel. However, I had booked a wake up call, but never received it and slept over due to jet lag. I missed an important part of my day and had to reschedule. The hotel at first just said sorry, but then the manager arranged for me to have breakfast even though the kitchen had closed. He also refunded my hotel bill. The manager said they had never missed a wake up call before that morning.
