It was an excellent quality bedroom, even only two of us there, and a lovely hot bath. Only a little problem with the full Cornish breakfast because we did not get served any bacon. Another couple did ask also for their missing bacon but we did not. |

Top end 3* hotel - had expected a tired looking drab place, but it was beautiful. Stunning breakfast and lounge views. We received an email from the hotel warning us of noise from Christmas parties and lack of parking. We experienced no noise in the bedroom and parking was not a problem. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t have done more to help, very friendly. The room was a budget inside room, but it was excellent (and had sea views) with huge brand new bathroom, everything you could want and lovely big comfy bed. Good value compared to the cost of B&Bs. Loads of choice at breakfast. Been nice to have stayed for a couple more nights.. good place to relax. Coffee at breakfast was instant, but on request proper coffee was provided. |

Lovely location. Room haad fantastic sea views and hearing the waves crashing against the shore was amazing. Room was far too hot so couldn't sleep the first night as couldn't open the sash window. Friendly staff managed to open the window for our second night making a much more comfortable night's sleep. Also hotel needed some TLC - was showing its age and felt quite run down. |

My stay wasn't long enough to really comment but the food was excellent. It had the air of faded grandeur. The corridoor to my room (third floor) was sparcely furnished and had the charm of a hospital corridor. More could be done to make the hotel achieve the grandeur that it clearly enjoyed when built. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The original Victorian/Edwardian decor was atmospheric. Breakfast was well above average. |

The lounge, dining room, breakfast, seaview and location. This hotel needs a few million pounds spent on it!! Interior paintwork poor, decor poor, leisure area depressing and our room was like a small box! I'm sure it was wonderful in the past. |

The sort of hotel that makes you relax. Rooms were a bit drab compared to the glossy pictures on the website. |

The room was spacious and comfortable enough to relax in during the day. I thought it might be under-heated at the beginning of autumn but it was pleasantly warm, Food and table service were good. I filled in a guest questionnaire on departure and asked not to receive emails from the hotel. Receiving this review form makes me wonder if any notice is taken of completed questionnaires. |

We were really pleased with the location of this hotel and even though it is going through a major refit it didn't interupt our stay. Our room was a far size and just recently redecorated with a nice sea view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff were all friendly. We will certainly consider going again. The swimming pool was very cloudy and tired but I am sure this will also at some stage get a refit aswell. |

The complimentary tea/coffee in the lounge on arrival was a most welcome surprise, and the self-service style breakfast had a very good choice. Only the fact that we could hear the wedding disco in our room when we had booked the hotel for a quiet break. |

Just a stone’s throw from a beautiful sandy beach and a short walk away from the town centre, this elegant Victorian guesthouse is perfectly placed to explore Falmouth and its surroundings. |
Close to Truro Cathedral and the Hall for Cornwall theatre, this smart and friendly Georgian town house is stylish, modern and laidback and has a popular bar and restaurant. |
This small, privately owned and family-run hotel offers tastefully decorated en suite bedrooms. |
