Cheap but good esp the breakfast.
A bit dated and very busy
Location Staff - especially reception staff Hotel Food - Breakfast was superb and we also had evening meal there one night which was superb and the restaurant staff we fantastic!
I could not fault this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
pleasant helpful staff good size swimming pool good location for both sea front and town centre cheap deal, £60 per night for boutique room
standing in line with plate in hand for help yourself buffet breakfast, reminiscent of queuing in works canteen.
Very good value for money, excellent location.
We stayed in the hotel on the friday and saturday night. We left the room at 11am for the day and on our return the housekeeping staff had not cleaned the room
Large family suite. Loads of facilities onsite. Good breakfast selection. Activities laid on for children.
Bit noisy at night, could hear people returning to rooms and doors in corridors seemed to slam shut.
Bar area looked nice
Hotel was like a rabbit warren with narrow passages. We asked to get moved to another room because in room 182 there's a finger wide gap when the window is closed. The breakfast area was far to small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. We had to wait 30 minutes before we saw any bacon come out of the kitchen. Only paid £50 for the night so can't complain with price. Darren from Halifax

Impersonal, too busy, not suitable for couples without children.
Slept like a log never stayed in a hotel with a bed as comfortable lovely clean rooms very good value for money
Everything great hotel been a lot of times now
Family friendly with indoor pool nice restaurant and excellent choice of breakfast. The kids enjoyed it while we had a meal at night.
The beer was a bit pricey
AREA OF LOCATION WAS GREAT A SHORT WALK TO TOWN CENTRE, A WIDE RANGE OF BREAKFAST DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM , LOVELY CLEAN ROOM, WARM AS TOAST. BED WAS BIT UNCOMFORTABLE BUT ME AND HUBBY ARE TALL AND USED TO LARGER BED AT HOME.
Room - spacious Comfy Bed Refurbed bathroom Location
Price of drinks at the bar (just under £10 for a glass of wine and a pint of guinness from a can) Sausages at breakfast - not high quality
Friendly staff - clean - ace breakfast - bacon was best I have ever tasted - we will be back
Had to chase staff for towels to use at the pool
Good sleep, quiet room Nice pool Good breakfast Lots of parking Right on the beach
No adult time in pool Lots of LOUD families Poor vegetarian options mean eat out in evening Christmas tat outside the front entrance, Nov 15 th !
Hotel room was dirty and many of the facilities very tired, was thankful we were only staying one night. Would not recommend !
Dining facilities,good menu.rooms.
In my room the toilet was in a very place next to the washbasin. On the second night dessert menu very limited.
The reception area and main hotel are lovely.
Our room was in an old part of the hotel and was awful. The bed was extremely poor, stain on the sheets, carpet was dirty and curtain hanging off the rail. The bathroom was that bad we did not have a shower; the grouting was mouldy, the shower curtain heavily stained the bathroom was poor all round.
Only had an overnight stay but enjoyed the facilities. Lunch in the bistro was excellent along with the friendly service. The pedicure was excellent, Linda was lovely very welcoming and relaxing.
Room lighting was a bit on the low side with only one bedside light. But not a problem. The beds were too high for my 81 year old mother who expected to fall off!!! But think that is just a personal thing.
We enjoyed everything about the hotel. It is clean, friendly, stylish and the food was excellent.
Car parking was a bit tight if you arrived back late in the evening.
the location, the room, although the bed was too small! The restaurant meals were excellent.
no-one actually resolve any problem we had. They forgot to give us information - like we had a late checkout time. We weren't given a message from my daughter when she rang.
breakfast 1st class staff excellent
bathroom needs upgrading
The hotel was clean, warm and well staffed.
There was a wedding and the noise from the disco was extremely loud. Loud enough to make the glass top on the bedside table vibrate. Not good when trying to get young children to sleep. Surely all rooms should be quiet when people have paid large amounts of money to book.
We liked the location and the staff were very friendly.
