cheap quality produce for breakfast and overall price was not good value for money.. paid premium rates for so called "Boutique room" wouldn't do so again
Very noisy. Had a terrible night because of the uncomfortable bed.
Everything perfect but entertainment none exists but that's the only thing that let's this hotel down what a shame
The hotel reception and bar area was good
The rooms were in need of updating. The room we were given at first was at the other end of the hotel and on the ground floor, Reception sorted us another room out after complaining.
Warm and friendly. FOOD NOT TO BAD BUT WOOD EAT OUT NEXT TIME.
The bathroom to cold need a heated bath rail with a few little freebies.
Great size rooms and tv.
The cleanliness of the room was poor especially in the shower and the bathroom in general . The windows had hairs on them.
Excellent location.good to know its dog friendly if travelling with pooch in the future!
Paid for a boutique room but only given standard.on full view in our room from next doors balcony!
Warm room Excellent facilities Tries to cater for all
Beauty treatments/Massage are excellent.Leisure facilities are very good.
We had a family room with double bed and two singles and all the beds squeaked everytime someone moved !!
The hotel has a great location, rooms have been tastefully renovated and everything was clean. There was plenty of parking and the building has a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, so things such as arranging a late check-out were easily dealt with. The bar and café areas are good and the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. We will definitely re-visit.
The restaurant on the Saturday evening had a very limited menu and closed quite early. Standard check-out time was early for a weekend, but late check-out was easily arranged.
Breakfast was excellent, and staff were very friendly
I booked through booking.com stating family (2adults, 2children and a baby) -and was given a double room (receptionist changed the room straight away)
The location was great, the staff very helpful and the food was excellent.
The gym and pool area looking very tiered and some areas of cleaning had been missed.
Cheap but good esp the breakfast.
A bit dated and very busy
Location Staff - especially reception staff Hotel Food - Breakfast was superb and we also had evening meal there one night which was superb and the restaurant staff we fantastic!
I could not fault this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
pleasant helpful staff good size swimming pool good location for both sea front and town centre cheap deal, £60 per night for boutique room
standing in line with plate in hand for help yourself buffet breakfast, reminiscent of queuing in works canteen.
Very good value for money, excellent location.
We stayed in the hotel on the friday and saturday night. We left the room at 11am for the day and on our return the housekeeping staff had not cleaned the room
Large family suite. Loads of facilities onsite. Good breakfast selection. Activities laid on for children.
Bit noisy at night, could hear people returning to rooms and doors in corridors seemed to slam shut.
Bar area looked nice
Hotel was like a rabbit warren with narrow passages. We asked to get moved to another room because in room 182 there's a finger wide gap when the window is closed. The breakfast area was far to small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. We had to wait 30 minutes before we saw any bacon come out of the kitchen. Only paid £50 for the night so can't complain with price. Darren from Halifax

Impersonal, too busy, not suitable for couples without children.
Slept like a log never stayed in a hotel with a bed as comfortable lovely clean rooms very good value for money
Everything great hotel been a lot of times now
Family friendly with indoor pool nice restaurant and excellent choice of breakfast. The kids enjoyed it while we had a meal at night.
The beer was a bit pricey
AREA OF LOCATION WAS GREAT A SHORT WALK TO TOWN CENTRE, A WIDE RANGE OF BREAKFAST DISHES TO CHOOSE FROM , LOVELY CLEAN ROOM, WARM AS TOAST. BED WAS BIT UNCOMFORTABLE BUT ME AND HUBBY ARE TALL AND USED TO LARGER BED AT HOME.
